We had an amazing stay. Our 3 bedroom was huge! So much space and it had all the amenities including the little touches like an umbrella and pool noodle & boogie boards for the kids. The views were great. To be able to walk across the road and be on the beach or grab a delicious merlo coffee was so nice and easy. Then to come back and go straight through the pool gate, just couldn’t get better, we loved it!

Awesome location right across the road from the beach and surf club. Large apartment suitable for big or extended family with everything you need. Lovely pool and entertaining area.

We really liked this massive apartment. It has board games, a full laundry etc. Very clean and well kept and a lovely quiet place to sleep in walking distance to nice areas and a short Uber to SeaWorld etc. My only concern was that the pool was closed for repair, which was a bit disappointing and I think could have been communicated prior and perhaps a discount offered. Having a pool is kind of a quintessential part of a holiday on the Goldcoast but there is a very close beach and park so still plenty of outdoor fun to be had.

Overall an excellent accommodation has all and more amenities needed, loved the pool, spa and sauna. The only thing was the couch needs upgrading or washing. Amazing experience and lots of nice memories

A few areas needed repairs, but the view was amazing. Swimming pool and gardens are great too. Staff very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay!! Recommend it

Reception staff very friendly and helpful. The apartment was super spacious and had amazing views. Only down side was one bedroom fan wasn’t working and there are long term renovations happening in some other apartments that can be noisey throughout the day.

Stayed in a 2 bedroom budget unit. View was superb and the unit was spacious, however it does only have aircon in the living area and no ceiling fans. This could be a problem in summer. Although the decor of the unit is dated, the view from the 25th floor makes up for it.

There are two GREAT things about this property: the views and the location. The property is immediately opposite the beach and we had outstanding panoramic views of the whales splashing just offshore, north up to Seaworld, south down Main Beach and south-west across the broader region. The property is immediately across the road from the surf club, which had a nice bistro. It's within easy walking distance of all the nice restaurants on Tedder St and an easy drive to the theme parks. The unit we were in (Unit 100 on the 25th floor) had the original 1970s kitchen and bathrooms and a mish-mash of furniture but most of the appliances had been updated and everything worked. Basement parking in our allocated space was also easy. My only complaint was that the unit above us was being renovated, which we weren't warned about when we booked the apartment, and the construction noise during the early morning and day was terrible. The renovations had finished by the time we left so I expect this was a short-term problem but it was disappointing that nobody warned us so we could have organised our out-of-the-apartment days around the noise.

Highly recommended!
The apartment was spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed. A great location right opposite the beach and a shirt walk to Main Beach shops. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Booked in Wotif and was supposed to be one Queen and two singles. Ended up being two queens so someone slept on the couch. Very disappointing. Lovely parents though.

Love that this was a family friendly apartment on ground level and even though it had residents living in these apartments it had reception to cater to your questions who was lovely btw really nice women. Also beach across the road the surfclub also the pool on the premises and spa was good not too big not to small had a little river waterfall feature as well so overall perfect for families, elevater next to to the apartment makes it easy getting to car in parking area in the basement level, shopping centres 2 min drive away main beach across the road with playground for the kids I'm just upset I didn't go there for a holiday but to see my mum in hospital but next time this is definitely the spot I'm going for

Staff were fantastic in accommodating our change of plans, friendly and exceptional service. Location is great, I’m amongst the GC but also a little retreat from the busy parts. Beach across the road, cafes, park… perfect for our family to enjoy. We will be back!

Worst accommodations ever! The unit I stayed is a pretty old and not well maintained apartment. No air conditioner in the bedrooms and no exhaust fan in the bathrooms. Dry is out of order too. Ocean view is limited because of a few big trees. Even though the reception said all the apartments are owned by different owners and they are all different. I still believe they should set some standards for the owners to follow. At least install air conditioners in the bedrooms. Don’t stay here!!!

Great place to stay very spacious. But on arrival they had messed up our apartment by checking in another guest and then we had no apartment. I booked a 3 bedroom and they offered a 2 bedroom. In the end they gave us a 3 bedroom but was not happy with the mistake

There is only one aircon in the living room. No aircons in bedrooms. Two double beds in the bedrooms. Limited sea view. some parts of the apartment not finished renovated. New 65 inch TV, new furniture and good location at main beach.

A very pleasant stay with stunning views. Spacious apartment and good location. A few flaws such as the shower drain was extremely slow to drain, one of the lounge room lights was not working and not a fan of the bed. Reception was very nice and friendly. Happy to stay here again.

The apartment block is well located, great views and amenities but the apartment I got was very shabby. A facelift is well overdue and the chattels were real bargain basement or second hand cast offs. Odd and mismatched crockery, cutlery and utensils that look like they were bought at the $2 shop. The bed was awful and the TV was too small for the size of room. Not what one would have expected fork nearly $300 per night.
