We’re just a short drive from Pacific Fair Shopping Centre, the Gold Coast’s world-famous theme parks, and Gold Coast Airport. The Cavill Avenue Light Rail Station is also within walking distance, making the apartment the perfect base for your next beach getaway, business trip, or family holiday.

We offer self check-in for a seamless arrival. Please let us know if you are going to check in after 6pm, as separate arrangement needs to be made to accommodate that. We`re always available via message if you need anything during your stay — just reach out and we`ll be happy to help!

Transportation:
Cavill Avenue G:link Station (450m, 6-minute walk): Connecting you north to Southport and Main Beach, and south to Broadbeach. Trams run every 7–8 minutes during the day.

From Gold Coast Airport (22km away): Take Route 777 bus to Broadbeach South tram station, then hop on the G:link tram to Surfers Paradise — runs daily from 5:15am to 11:30pm. Alternatively, a taxi or rideshare takes approximately 25 minutes.

Leave the car behind and enjoy being within walking distance to everything Surfers Paradise has to offer. Just across the road, you’ll find the golden sands of Surfers Paradise Beach, along with the popular beachfront markets held every Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday evening from 4pm–9pm.

A short stroll away is the iconic Cavill Avenue, home to boutique shopping, supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, bars, and the vibrant nightlife that Surfers Paradise is famous for.

The apartment is located in a residential complex. We kindly ask guests to be respectful of neighbours, particularly after 10pm. No parties or events please. This is a no-smoking property.

Long Stays:
For bookings of 14 nights or more, a mid-stay cleaning service is recommended. You can choose to receive a Refresh & Restock and Full Clean for $250. For extended stays, cleaning services will be tailored to ensure our team can periodically clean, maintain, and inspect the property, keeping it in top condition throughout your stay.
🚭 No smoking indoors at any time — this includes e-cigarettes and vaping. Violation will result in a $300 fine.

🎉 No parties, events or large gatherings permitted. This is a residential complex and we ask that all guests are respectful of neighbours, particularly after 10pm.

🔑 Lost or unreturned keys will incur a $250 replacement fee.

🕐 Please ensure you check in within your agreed arrival window. Late or missed check-ins outside of arranged times will incur a $100 callout fee.

🧹 Please leave the property in a clean and tidy condition upon checkout. Excessive mess may incur an additional cleaning fee.

🐾 No pets permitted on the property.

🚗 One allocated parking space is included. No additional vehicles may use the complex parking without prior approval.

📢 Please keep noise to a reasonable level after 10pm in consideration of neighbours and other residents.

💨 Please ensure all windows and doors are secured when leaving the property.

📦 Forgotten items can be returned upon request. Please note a fixed $100 fee applies to cover postage and handling.
