Apartment itself was clean, had some unfinished renovations where the wall wasnt painted so made it look a bit rough. The pool needs maintenance and cleaning. Overall a good size apartment with a nice view.

The property was centrally located and very clean. The book-in process was excellent. Furniture was old (couch had a big stain on it) but not dirty. The downsides were the constant traffic noise & second bedroom blinds. Even with all the windows shut the traffic noise was loud & constant. The second bedroom had flimsy blinds on the East facing windows & was so light the kids couldn't sleep past 5.15am!

Great location, friendly staff. Highly recommend. Much closer to the beach than you think. Don’t need the car, walking distance to shops and cafes!

Close to the beach with easy access through the back of the complex. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Great views from ocean view room.

Unit was clean and tidy. Washing machine taps leaked and so did toilet valve so had to turn water off on both when not using.

Nice hotel has views of ocean but it was quiet
The hotel is not right on the ocean but is does have a special private access to the beach .we had great time and everything we needed, microwave,stove ,full fridge this would be a great place to stay a week. Or longer . Excellent staff very friendly and helpful. Thanks for a great trip. Gary and Denise

Great location and amazing views!
The hotel is located in an excellent location close to all amenities such as shops, cafes and of course the beach! The checkin process was easy and quick. Staff were friendly and provided us with plenty of info. Parking was easy. The room was good with amazing views over the beach. It was well equipped with everything you could need, however you are only provided with 1 sachet of dishwashing and laundry liquid, so would need to bring or buy your own. The room was clean however there was a big clump of hair in the shower drain otherwise it was good. I would definitely sray here again.

Hi Rebecca, Thanx for the review. My apologies about shower drain problem but thanks for drawing it to our attention. I will pass this onto the cleaning staff to remind them to check more closely.

Overpriced but clean and convenient.
Room was overpriced for what it was but it was the only option we had. It was clean and comfortable, and had a pool. Probably wouldn't stay there again though, there are much better places for the money we paid.

great location, feels homely
the cleanliness of the room and hotel was great, the reception was closed when we got there but they opened up to let us in. Everything in the room worked including the washer and dryer. The pool was nice and clean and having a secure parking space and elevator that was accessible by key only was great as we knew only people that were staying at the motel were able to get in. I would stay there again.

Old and dated
When we first checked in, we noticed the airconditioner was pouring water out the front down the wall straight onto a power point, called reception at 1.10PM and it was closed, looked up an emergency mobile number in the room directory and called it, got voicemail so left a message, never got a reply all weekend. We then ran into the manager that night when the elevator jammed, told her and she told us to turn it off and use the fan! Bed was the worst I have slept in for years, was glad to leave and go home:-(

The lady that runs this is fantastic! Fantastic location! Walking distanse to everywhere. A couple of windows would not close.
