It was simply awful. The maintenance and housekeeping were not done property and the condition of the facility was awful. The water was leaking from the sink and could not use the bathroom. Reception is arrogant and does not even apologize for all the unbelievable problems which we faced due to their fault.

We had booked a night away with family in one of their two-bedroom apartments, expecting one bedroom with a queen bed and the other with two single beds. Upon arrival we learned that they had placed in a different room, with two queen beds. Instead of giving us the room we booked, we were given a single bed squeezed in next to the queen bed in the master suite as a solution. We also discovered that the freezer seal was broken, resulting in the freezer drawer being frozen shut. We had to hack at the ice to break it away to get into the freezer, after which it began leaking all over the floor. Their solution was to masking tape the freezer door shut. The washing machine was also so mouldy, it smelled to high-heaven and was unusable. As was the drier. The clothes airer was broken and there were paint chips and marks on the walls, and paintings that were once hung were sat on the floor in the living room. There weren't many toiletries available in the bathroom other than soap and shower gel, and there was no dishcloth available to use in the kitchen. What was available was thrown into the cupboard randomly and in a mess. The kitchen utensils and crockery was dirty and also strewn around the kitchen in random places. This apartment was lovely, but not set up as a holiday rental at all. Luckily we made do for just one night, but if we rented this for a week we'd have asked for our money back. I don't recommend booking here.

First off we love how spacious the unit was, and that there’s 2 bathrooms (1 for every room) and a toilet room. The lounge room is nice and cozy and the laundry is working as expected so we didn’t end up carrying wet clothes after the trip. The only thing we hope to be improved in the future is the state of the carpet outside the unit. We are not sure if it’s only by chance or that when we stayed it wasn’t cleaned yet but the hallway smelled like a wet dog. We stayed in building 1, level 3 for reference.

Should have been awesome but the room wasn't ready on time and the Wifi was unavailable which meant no internet or TV for the kids. It looked like there was a wifi unit but it had chords plugged into it, nor to the foxtel or tv. I tried calling reception but it was 5pm by the time the room was available and no answer when calling reception. When I told reception the next morning they didn't seem to care. We specifically organised this 2 bedroom apartment so that we could have a break from the kids, but instead they had nothing to do all evening.

Amazing apartment style stay in a resort area
Place was huge, 2 bed 2.5 bath place with a full kitchen, living room and laundry room. The patio was really nice to sit on in the morning to eat breakfast while looking over a nice neighborhood. Parking is gated and underground with an elevator up to the room's floor.

We enjoyed our stay around Hope Island and Sanctuary cove. There was a mix-up with bedding on check-in however that was fixed very quickly. The pool area was great and the showpiece. The room was spacious and well-equipped. 10 mins to Theme parks by car. We walked most days to the Sanctuary Cove marina. Supermarkest and eating places close by. Not sure about public transport as we hired a car. Would definitely stay here again. Easy Drive to the outlets.

I would not recommend this resort…. Condition of the “Deluxe Executive Suite” was far from deluxe. It was so run down… stained carpets, damage to ALL walls and old furniture. For the premium price we paid for 1 night…it was far from value for money!! The only good point about this place is the location.

Overall our stay was OK. Our room and furniture was quite dated, even though on booking I was told we would receive a renovated room. There were bugs in the kitchen, some items/rubbish in cupboards not removed prior to our arrival, and our request for more blankets or doonas was unable to be fulfilled over our 5 day stay. Otherwise great location, facilities and parking.

I booked it so that its nearby main theme parks like movie world, wetnwild, dreamworld all are within 10 mins drive.. i booked 2 bedroom apartment, it was so spacious and had 2 bathrooms connected to rooms and one powder room outside.. kids had lot of place to run around.. spa was also good.. only catch i found was not refundable fares even when i booked 3 months advance. Not sure if thats the case at all times..

Although the furniture could do with an update, it was a great place to stay. Heaps of room in the apartment. The bedrooms are very large and there was more than enough room for a family of 4. The kitchen and laundry were clean. Parking was very convenient. We really enjoyed our stay.

The only problems were the room was not cleaned in our 4 day stay and the front desk was never open to get more milk etc. great room really spaciest and quiet
