Overall good but not happy with the insects coming in due to no screen protectors. Also while we were there we killed 3 big cockroaches.

Currently i am undergoing Cancer treatment, and had 1 week off to go away. We stayed in apartment 1E. It was a HEALTH HAZZARD! Broken, mouldy tiles in the bathroom with cockroaches! We paid for a spa room but couldnt use it due to the revolting condition of the bathrooms. The lock on the door was broken (maintenance came to check it but didnt have another lock) bedrooms had no air cond only a fan. Furniture was grubby and my child went to get a blanket out the cupboard that was covered in brown sticky things. This place is not fit for staying in with the bathrooms mouldy and tiles missing. We told reception that $417 a night is really not fair for what we got. I am going to show these photos to relevant people as i believe we were ripped off. I asked for a discount on our stay because it was a health hazzard but told no. If they had any conscience, they would not put an immuno compromised person in a mould and cockroach infested room. We asked to check out but were told we had to pay 3 nights even though we asked after 1 night of stay as thats cancellation policy. DONT STAY HERE!

Overall this place is ok but it helps to set the expectation that it is more of an apartment (with a pool and restaurant) than a resort. If you’re staying more than 3 nights you will need to BYO toilet paper and shampoo. Rooms are only serviced if you stay more than 8 days. But overall it’s not too bad.

Absolutely love the view from our balcony the kid's loved the gaming room and the pools just all round we loved.We could have just stayed there beautiful spot and all the theme parks were close so that's a bonus

The airconditioning didnt go to the bedrooms, so it was impossible to sleep. We had an athlete who needed a good sleep, so he had to sleep on the floor in the lounge. There was no service, so we had to try to wash towels and replenish things ourselves.

I am a Vet with a Government approved Assistance dog ! On booking I call the property to let them know ! The manager flatly refused my booking ! Her actions could have brought the resort a $ 10000 $ fine ! I suggest maybe u should educate the owners and Management as to state and federal law as to assistance and blind dogs in Oz !

Loved our recent stay, plenty of room to hang with family, lady running and reception and site was very friendly and helpful... highly recommend.

We loved the view from the 6th floor. Having two bedrooms, an ensuite and kitchen facilities suited our family. The rooftop pool and spa was luxurious. We also made good use of the tennis court. All the staff were friendly and helpful.

Beds dining and outdoor chairs are old broken and dangerous sheets doonas pillows and beds are stained and disgusting When I informed reception they denied it but said they would inform the owner and nothing else

good position and easily accessible for our needs. staff prompt and polite with a water leakage problem in bathroom although obviously been an issue in the past by the look of the vanity. probably look at other accommodation in the future.

Love the location, away from heavy traffic while still close to everything. (10 minutes from Helensvale motorway for connecting Theme Parks) Views of the quay through the trees are gorgeous. If hiring a car for a weekend, this place is perfect.

When first got in it was obvious it had not been cleaned well. Ice cream stick on coffee table and rubbish easily seen under sofa, coffee cups had coffee stains etc. Then main bed wardrobe door off rollers etc. Small things really but you expect when paying good money. Had a shower, flooded bathroom which was disgusting as had not been cleaned likely for ages. But credit to management, they got most fixed/cleaned after I asked. Manager nice and handyman for complex awesome. Overall happy enough.

Warning! Apartment 1E is a health and safety hazard - it needs urgent attention.  I was experiencing allergy symptoms during my stay at Atrium, but only when I was in the unit at night.  We were out all day and I was fine.  I went looking for what could be giving me the reaction (sore throat, sneezing, watery eyes) and found black mould on the curtains and windows.  There was also large piles of dust under the bed.  I moved out of that room and into the 2nd bedroom with my daughter, but there was also mould and dust in this room.  I informed reception and they said they would get it cleaned.  Someone came to vacuum but they didn't clean the mould.  We were also not impressed with the floors being so dirty that our feet/socks were black from walking around the unit.  The sheets, blankets, mattress protectors - all had stains.  The main bathroom has a cupboard door missing and the vanity is in very shabby condition.  The ensuite has a loose tile that is a tripping hazard.  Behind the tile is rotten wood - the bottom of the shower unit!  I don't understand how the owners can allow this to happen.  When I complained to reception the second time, the response was simply to inform me about the refurbished units in the building.  This has nothing to do with refurbishment - it's basic maintenance and cleaning.

Presentation and Atrium 6 star Kitchen - only 1 of the 8 Cups was clean, 2 knives still dirty. No instructions for the Air Conditioner, or TV. TV in bedroom could only work if I used the knobs on the side of the TV set, handset in lounge kept losing it's cover. Locked myself out when lock of balcony door fell into lock at breakfast. Had to yell attention from a neighbouring guest to notify the office. What would have happened if reception is unattended?

Have stayed here a couple of times now with my family and children (aged 14 and 12). This property is in the perfect location for theme parks, surfers paradise and dining/shopping (only 17 mins to theme parks and 10 mins to Surfers Paradise) Resort has everything you need and is quiet. Two pools. Rooftop heated. Tennis court and cafe which is very well priced. Rooms have laundry and full kitchen facilities. Only issue would be carparking. Depending on what unit your giving will depend on what carapace. Some carapaces are very tight and hard to get in and out of. We will stay again.

Fair stay but should have been better.
Unit was old and not cleaned as well as I would expect. We arrived just before 2pm with no one at reception and unable to get in to the complex. Alsi the unit we were in, 1J was so hot as it was facing north and west, the curtains thin and only air conditioning in the living area which didn't cool the whole area effectively.

it was ok for the price but the units weren’t cleaned very well the staff likely weren’t given enough time and despite saying in the info that toilet paper etc could be purchased from reception they didn’t seem happy when you asked about it

We loved roof top pool and spa, and bbq area, loved location. Staff not very helpful, and I paid for deluxe apartment and did not even have a shower screen, (Clearly broken off) and no glass in doors of vanity, lack of utensils, did not feel happy with the amount paid for what I received, if price reflected what you get would highly recommend.
