Dear Fay, Sorry your stay with us wasn't the best it could of been. There are some things we can change, like the mattress and some things we can not, like the stairs. Next time you book with us please let us know if you would like a lower floor room and if we can we will book you into one. And the mattress all you need to do is let us know and we could of given you a mattress underlay to make it more comfortable for you. We hope you will stay with us again. Kind regards Kellie

Dear David, We are very sorry your stay wasn't enjoyable. We strive for our guests to have the best stay with us they can. Unfortunately some things are out of our control. Because of when you arrived during the week, I personally booked you into a room out the back so you would have less noise from the construction site. Regarding the neighbours we have no authority how they behave in there premises. We are in the heart of Broadbeach, the property's are very close together, there are a lot of young people living in Broadbeach and coming for holidays and yes they can make a noise. We do not allow any parties or overly loud noise from our guests and they would be asked to leave if they behaved that way. We hope you reconsider how you feel about our resort. Kind regards Kellie

Hi, We're very sorry to hear about how unpleasant your stay with us was. Unfortunately there is not much that we are able to do about the noise that comes from the construction going on across the road. Also unfortunately we a variety of different rooms, we like to make sure that our guests feel comfortable in the rooms that they are in. Had you contacted us and made a request for a specific height or direction for the unit when making the booking we certainly would have provided you with something to suit that request.
