    The Space:

    Imagine a house surrounded by greenery and close to beautiful beaches, parks, and other attractions. This lovely 2-bed, 2-bath home boasts spacious interiors and serene outdoor spaces. With sophisticated decoration, modern amenities, and access to air conditioning, and on-site parking, you'll feel at home cooking a meal in the fully-equipped kitchen, watching a movie in the comfy living room, or having a meal with family or friends in the cosy dining area. It also features bright bedrooms, two bathrooms and a laundry area located beneath the main living space. Not worth it

While the proximity to the beach and town is great, this property is located on a very steep hill. If you want to walk to town, you must be fit - luckily we are and made it work. Perhaps most upsetting, the driveway is so steep and poorly paved, we could not even get our rental car in it. You need a four wheel drive. Not a detail they shared and when we arrived at night and in the rain, we were not expecting to have to park several blocks away…. We had to park on the street at varying distances from the house the entire time and when we approached the owner about accommodating this major inconvenience, they essentially did not care. If we had been informed before we would be parking offsite, we would have chosen a different property. Additionally , while the obvious areas were clean, areas under the couch and behind things were incredibly dusty. Also, they did not clearly communicate how the door lock operates so we had to google that and how to work the IKEA stove top. Just very little attention to any detail. Amenities in the kitchen are extremely basic, the fridge is aging and ice maker does not work. The outdoor space is completely unusable and the grounds are poorly maintained. The steps are unlevel up to the house and the backyard area is completely overgrown. A great deal more care needs to be put into this property for it to be a viable rental for long. We would suggest choosing a different property and would not return.
