"Exceptionally well decorated and beautiful home to explore the local area. Very welcoming on reception and everything you could need. Only minor gripe was the upstairs shower that was either boiling hot or freezing cold with no in between but sort that and this place is perfect. "

"Lovely quaint walk through several levels of walkways and beautuful traditional cottages. Tucked away surrounded by cottage gardens. Like stepping back in time. Beautiful weather surprisingly. Lovely friendly people. Shops and places to eat and drink , within 5 mins through the street's. Very steep hill and steps add to rhe charm of the winding roads down to the bay front. Photographers heaven. 4th time here over the years with small changes to eateries. "

"Pleasant bungalow. Good location. Clean and bright. Only downside was not any way of contacting the housekeeper personally if we had a problem. There were a couple of niggles. The boiler was very noisy and on constantly. The small windows in the lounge were locked with no means of opening them."

"A lovely cottage in a great location. The cottage has everything you need and the bedrooms are a good size too. There are several uneven, steep steps walking up to the cottage so I wouldn’t recommend it to people who are unsteady on their feet. The owners left some biscuits and milk on the fridge which was a nice gesture. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again in the future when visiting Whitby."

"Can highly recommend this lovely clean little house. It has everything you need (except a pizza cutter!). It’s a short (steep) walk to the beach and there is a family pub and Tesco Express nearby. Parking is good. We were in Scarborough for a funeral but otherwise would have enjoyed it very much. Ideal if you have a dog, plenty of walks"

"The photos and description of what you get in this property do not do it justice. Fantastic property, equipped with everything you could think of. Really surprised with the huge draw of games and the fantastic welcome pack. Great location on the south cliff with easy access to the town and supe easy to park outside the accomadation. Will definitely be back in the future."

"Habitacion estandar un poco sucia y abandonada. Cuadros y tv torcidos, falta de reparacion de pomos y otras cosas rotas, polvo ... Cable electrico suelto (parecia conexion de tierra) y lleno de polvo debajo del lavabo. Ascensor averiado afectando a numerosos huespedes con discapacidad y con dificultad para subir escaleras con equipaje. Habia fallado varios dias seguidos. Habitacion muy ruidosa por los nidos de aves marinas en las ventanas. Ruido continuo que interrumpe el sueño. Entra suciedad y plumas al abrir ventana. Riesgo para la salud en caso de gripe aviar. Abstenerse en caso de fobia a las aves. Puntuacion excelente por ecologia y respeto al medio ambiente. Paraiso para los amantes de la ornitologia. "
