"Such a lovely space and great location! Clean, gorgeous view, well-appointed. We could walk nearly everywhere we wanted to go…shopping, coffee, food, sightseeing. Five adults in town for a friend’s wedding. Everyone had their own space for sleeping, getting ready for the wedding events, etc. Great kitchen. Really nice to have parking in the building."

"This condo is perfect for a couple stay in downtown Newport. When they say steps to Thames Street, it is literal steps. Perfect location for shopping and dining. Communication with the host was timely and informative. Check in a breeze. If you're someone like me who does not care for hotels, would recommend."

The unit had everything we needed and was in perfect condition, sitting on the porch with our morning coffee was idyllic, and everything in town was in easy walking distance - from swims at Walley Beach to the East Bay Bike Path and everything in-between!"

"Spotless! Incredibly well equipped with absolutely everything for the kitchen,dining,bathroom and otherwise. Gorgeous finishes and layout, bedding was so comfy I’m buying the same for my house! Ed was so quick and easy to communicate with and very accommodating with answers to questions ( though we didn’t need anything bc it’s so well stocked.) loved sitting on the front porch in the evenings, great place to walk/run and the BEST part is there are 2 easy beach access points around 50 yds away!...

"We just arrived back from a weekend in Newport at this property. The location is fantastic - close enough to walk to all the things but not right in the heat of the tourist area so a bit quieter. We had an issue with a toilet on arrival - it wasn't flushing - but the hosts responded quickly and the gentleman that came to fix it was quick and really sweet. Parking was a huge plus and makes this location that much more appealing! The only real negative was that the floors had clearly not been...

"We were a group in town for a wedding, and the apartment was perfect for us, separate rooms, separate bathrooms plus a communal living/dining/kitchen open space gave us the privacy and together time we wanted. The location is convenient and central, an easy walk to much of the commercial area of downtown Newport. Long flight up if you have heavy bags, but you only have to do it once!"

"The condo was great, clean and spacious. The location was perfect walking distance to everything and the contact person answered all pre arrival questions promptly. It is a little noisy when people leave the bars but definitely a great spot if you expect to be going out and about during the weekend to have fun."

"The unit was clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. Perfect for a couple of friends or family members for a weekend getaway. The location was further than anticipated. Parking was not easily accessible. We had to park several blocks away and had to make sure not to park in a “residents only” space. Overall, we enjoyed our stay."

"We came in on Saturday and had a very easy check in. The property is located so close to the shopping and sites. There is offsite parking, which is easy to maneuver. The property was spotless. Everything was absolutely perfect. The only suggestion would be to have body wash and shampoo in each bathroom. We had to go out and buy our own. Besides that this property gets five stars. We had a wonderful weekend."

"The property was great and lots of places to walk my dog. I liked the location, next to the vineyard and easy drive to downtown Newport. My only minor complaint was that I went to the guest services to talk to them about the ants in the kitchen (it rained a lot so I understand ants can happen) and they said they would treat the kitchen that afternoon and they never showed up."

"I was looking for a comfortable place for myself and my dog for a few days -and Cindy’s place was perfect. Private-amazing views- home made banana bread! Cindy also provided a Variety of locals soaps, lotions and facial scrubs to sample-looking forward to returning"
