The property was great. The views from the upstairs and the roof deck were absolutely stunning. Perfectly located close to anything and everything! Property was listed with 2 king beds but there was only one. Very small issues but overall it was a great stay!

The view was wonderful! Both decks were utilized every day. There are LOTS of stairs to the condo and many more to the rooftop deck…..but it is worth the climb if you are able .

I will definitely stay here again. The entire property is very clean and well maintained but I highly recommend the north suite (floors 3-4) because of its rooftop with amazing views!! Great part of town with easy accessibility to shopping, restaurants and other attractions. Nice to have reserved off-street parking as well. This place absolutely rocks!!

Such a great place for the five of us friends to stay for our 50th birthdays weekend getaway!This listing and photos are 100% accurate to what we found. The place is very well appointed, beautifully decorated and lots of lounge space, including two sitting areas inside (one up and one downstairs), two balcony sitting area areas and a rooftop deck. This property was very clean and the check-in and checkout processes were extremely easy. I had to call the property manager/host two times and they picked up right away to help us with our questions. Great location on Thames Street as well. We walked to dinner and to all of the shops. Would definitely stay here again!

Unbelievable location, condo and appointment of condo! Everything was outstanding. Kitchen was big, roomy, perfectly stocked for our 4 days. The master downstairs and the two bedrooms upstairs were ALL en suites- just fabulous! The balcony off the upstairs level had a beautiful water view AND the rooftop deck with great views was ONLY for this condo- I imagined it was for the whole building but only this condo has the code to the rooftop! Amazing. It is perfectly located- we walked to the Breakers and the Cliff walk, and in the other direction it’s an easy walk to Bowen’s wharf area. There were some minor issues and the maintenance staff was attentive, accommodating and quickly resolved the issue. They were great to work with. I will only add that it is a third story walk up, with two full flights of stairs and another to the upstairs bedrooms and another up to the rooftop. If you are not a stair walker then this may be a challenge for you. But we are 53, 61, 72, 81 yrs old and we were absolutely fine. And Yes! We are coming back!!

Sisters trip with husbands

We had a great time staying in Newport a couple of nights before heading to our condo on the Cape. The Newport condo we stayed in is on the third and fourth floors with the bonus rooftop deck. The condo was very clean and a great place to hang out at the end of our day.

60th Birthday Girl's Trip!

Loved the location; close enough to walk to downtown but not in the heart of it.The access door to our roof from the condo wouldn't work and the management company sent someone very quickly. It was perfect for a girl's weekend - 3 bathrooms were super helpful. Two different living room areas were so great since some of the ladies wanted to rest etc.The unit was a bit warm for our group of menopausal women but it's on us that we didn't call to have them come adjust the temperature - they would of been there lickety split!

A little climb but worth it

Super nice property that fit 6 adults very well. Even had coffee for the Keurig! We were on the top floors so we had to climb 2 and 3 flights of stairs numerous times a day (and 4 if we spent time on the roof!) but worth it. Would stay again.

Sisters Weekend

Really nice, quiet location on Thames. Good walk to Bowman's Warf. Paved parking for 2 cars for our upper floor rental, and 2 additional spots for a separate rental below. Parking lines are not visible, so had to accommodate for space. Lots of steps to enter through the back. Beautifully appointed w/ 3 bedrooms, each with a separate bathroom and shower. The private roof top deck was a bonus. Spectacular views!

Lovely, private top decks and 2 living rooms.

Lovely, safe location. Close to many restaurants and shops within walking distance. Having en-suite baths for each of the 3bedrooms was a definite plus as well as two living rooms on two floors. Furnishings very nice and beds were comfortable, newer and pristine clean linens! Enjoyed our stay very much!

Newport Stay

It was a great location and the house was big and spacious. We loved that it was right in the middle of everything in downtown. Parking lot was also large. However, we had a lot of ants in the kitchen and also in one of our bathrooms upstairs. It made it difficult to make food in the kitchen and felt very unsanitary with a 4 month old baby.
