"The rooms were clean and beautifully decorated. The views were fantastic. The kitchen was well stocked and we appreciated the coffee on hand. This is the place I would reserve again, hopefully with my grandkids because it has a wonderful room for children. Thank you!"

"Starting negative. Management company expected a 5 star rating, if not then to call them. Honesty that caused a one star deduction alone. Honesty works better. Next is the neighborhood. Sketchy given the run down trailer park nearby. Then there is the bed. You need stairs to get up to it. Good lord, trying to get down at night if you have to use the restroom. One small stool, and a broken shelf is not acceptable for adults. Finally, the view and waves sounds are fantastic. ...

"This place is all about the wide, splendid river. Astonishing views. Yes, a fine kitchen, comfortable beds, and hosts that were easily reachable and responsive; but again, it's the river. We felt as though we were on a comfortable ship docked at a secluded port. We watched ducks and otters and the changing light on the water. Highly recommend."

"The room was lovely with a gorgeous view of the ocean. We were very close to the beach, but there were a lot of stairs involved and moving down a somewhat steep hill. If you have any mobility issues, this location may not be the best option. In the room, it was clean, bright, and comfortable. We only had a few complaints. The TV remote control would turn the TV on, but the other buttons wouldn't consistently work to do anything else. Also the gas fireplace had a bit of an odor when running, so...

"BEWARE!! The property conditions don’t match the listing on Expedia. Very dirty and rundown. I was disappointed upon arrival but then it got worse and I didn’t even stay. I found bugs in the bed and am trying to get a refund… after a few days I don’t think it will happen! Expedia is not helpful at all. Also the “owner” is in Germany so my bank charged me extra for the transaction! So disappointing! NEVER USING EXPEDIA AGAIN!"

"Great location. Cute and clean with a balcony and a view of the ocean. Bed is comfortable. I didn’t know how to work the shower so it was barely warm but that was on me. Water pressure was weak tho. Read the emails closely about locking and unlocking the door. They work but you need patience and finesse sometimes. Over all we had a nice time and the price was good. Would recommend if you just want a basic no frills spot. Don’t expect the Hilton."
