"Arrived late at night to find easy access to a clean and well stocked apt. No issues with entire experience from booking to locking up. Wife and I took advantage of the close and easy access to the beach for long strolls. Drove up and down Hwy101 sight seeing. Will book again when back to the coast. Thank you."

"Although a bit outdated, the place is wonderful for a family get together. We could overlook some 90's decor and older carpeting. The location is excellent. The size is fantastic. "We had a great time staying at this property. Great spacious house and an incredible view. We enjoyed playing pool and the fuzzball table was a hit also.For the not soo wonderful parts:The Hottub wasn't cleaned, the water was murky and you could feel sand on the seats.The oven needs a good cleaning also there was oil on the bottom of the stove.For a house that sleeps 13 people that was not enough glassware for everyone.The rest was very good ."
