Truly wonderful!

Reallllly love this place! The view here is just amazing and even though there isn’t air conditioning, having the slider and the ceiling fans on, helped a lot. The bedroom is huge and the overall layout of the living room was very nice! My husband & I really want to come back for a longer stay. Lincoln City has become our “go to” for the coast! 😍😁

Noise disaster

Condo itself clean and beautiful.Saturday 7:30am were awoken to loud pounding on all roofs.It lasted till 7:30 pm that night. No quiet time very dissappointed.Our anniversary ruined.No privacy we are in top floor and contractors dropping shingles with nails all over.Could not enjoy Balcony even though weather was beautiful. They should of told us.

Waters Edge 404

Over all it was good but we had to wait nearly an hour late to check in because our room wasn’t clean yet. There is a lot of traffic noise which is to be expected considering it’s location. We couldn’t connect to the internet with the password they gave us so called the office and someone came within a couple of hours to fix it.

Few Things to Know but Overall A Great Spot!

Pros: This is right on the bay, so you can't exactly hear ocean sounds roaring but you've got a great view and direct access to the water. A short walk will take you right to the ocean. The bed was large and comfortable. The living area and kitchen were also large and easy to move about it. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking equipment. Loved the fireplace! There was a standing fan in the bedroom which was really appreciated. Plenty of towels and having a washer/dryer was great. Cons: The living room furniture was not comfortable (pull out couch and matching chair). The outlets are decently sparse and the one by the TV was a bit touchy so we couldn't always get it to work. You are right by the road in and out of town so it can be noisy, especially in the bedroom. Lastly, and this is something that I think can be fixed, is that the fridge was leaking on the inside really badly. We had to store our grocery items on the top shelves because there was water all over the lower shelf and the crisper bins. I couldn't figure out where it was coming from. That may look like a long cons list, but overall we really had a great time and would visit again! None of these issues were deal breakers for us, just something to note.

Dissapointed

We arrived at 4:40 Friday evening and the condo was not cleaned, TV’s on, heat on high, bathroom dirty. We called and was told we would hear from the manager. When the manager called, he was very nice and tried to help, but couldn’t help as he didn’t have other locations available. He offered a refund, which I still have not seen back on my credit card since September 18th. I am writing this on Oct 1st. My friend and I then had to scurry to find someplace to stay for weekend away.

Nice beach getaway

We had a great weekend at this little spot. The place was very clean. We loved the big kitchen and easy access to the beach. The view of the bay was beautiful. The place is a little out of the way from the busiest part of town, but still close enough to walk to some cute shops and galleries. Highlights included watching glass blowers at one of the galleries and seals on the beach, then cooking seafood stew in and warming up by the fire.
