"Honestly, worst experience I've ever had renting a property. Felt like I got scammed from the start. Arrived at JFK at 3. Still had no address from host. Was about 3:30 & I had to tell the taxi to head to the Upper West Side & I would give him address when I got it. When we finally got a response from "host," it was after 4 on day of check in. Got to address he gave me & it was a completely different property. Neither the host nor the property mgmt company bothered to mention that they changed...

"Cons:-Check in was rough. 2 separate addresses were provided which confused things and the host preferred to play chat tag as opposed to calling to efficiently communicate.
