"Pretty out of the way from the main strip in Katoomba, probably more preferable for those with cars. Facilities were fantastic and the rooms were clean and spacious. Oftentimes staff took quite a while to address issues, as a lighbulb needed changing and I had to ask 3 times over about 7 hours before ..."
