"This place is grossly overpriced! There's clearly a large moisture issue at the hotel. The first room they gave us smelled like wet dog + mildew + mold. They had to downsize us because they said the same room type will have the same smell. So we downsized and the room we stayed in didn't have that strong smell but it still smelled like mildew/mold. When I looked at the A/C unit, you can see mold specs growing on it and the wall around it had dark water stains. Our pillows and towels felt moist....

"The property was excellent! Home was very clean, had everything we needed, and the hosts were outstanding! Todd and Jeanne were very friendly and checked in throughout our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. Great location, close to UTV trails, and the neighborhood was quiet. The firepit is right on the river and the sound of moving water was like white noise! We highly recommend and will stay here again!"
