We loved our time here. We were able to spend time together as a family and enjoy Easter. It felt like we were in our own home. Everything was clean and nicely put together. Comfy beds and furniture and a great place to eat meals together. We loved playing some of the games that were available. The views were stunning out the windows. Fabulous views. We are hoping to come again. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

The home was beautiful, we enjoyed our stay. It was very clean and well stocked. The floor plan was awesome and the use of the garage during our stay was a very nice feature. The reason for the four stars was because of a couple things. 1. The hot tub usage clause that came up after we booked the home and right before we had check-in. The clause is not written anywhere - but here it is.... if you use the hot tub Allen or Cory wanted to be notified by 10 a.m. the next morning and then the spa tech would arrive before 3 p.m. to check the water clarity. etc. We found this very odd and an infringement on our time at the home. We have stayed at many VRBO's with hot tubs for 4,5, or 6 nights and never needed a spa tech to show up while we were there on vacation. 2. The large outbuilding on the property is rented to someone. Someone was in the shed on the 1st morning we were there, this was a bit concerning. I let Allen know and the vehicle was gone after we got back from breakfast. I would like Allen\Cory to state in his VRBO description that usage of the hot tub will result in a spa tech coming by the next day. Needless to say we did not use the hot tub because we did not want to coordinate with a stranger to stop by while we were on vacation.

We had a fantastic stay at this Shawano property! The home was very well appointed and comfortably accommodated our group of three couples. The three-bedroom layout was perfect, giving everyone their own space while still having great common areas to gather.We loved the pine wood trim and doors—it gave the home a warm, Northwoods feel—paired with a well-equipped kitchen that made things easy and enjoyable. The heated garage was a huge bonus, especially during arctic cold we experienced staying here.The lower level was a highlight for our group, with a pool table, ping pong, foosball, darts, and even a giant Connect Four. There was never a shortage of things to do, including games, and it made for some great evenings together.Overall, this was a comfortable, fun, and well-maintained place. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Shawano area.

Photos in the ad didn't do the house justice, way better than the photos. Gas fireplace, great. Hot tub, great. Kitchen well equipped. TV, large, and worked well. Remote was hid, won't reveal the location so you can have as much fun as we did finding it, no really we laughed out loud when found. Heated garage huge bonus. Attentiveness of host was awesome. We would highly recommend this property to rent. Plus the sunsets were an added bonus.

Outstanding, beautiful home! We loved the layout, the space, and the decor. Fantastic game room, spent lots of time shooting pool and playing ping-pong. Although we didn’t get to make use of the hot tub or fire pit, very nice amenities to have. Great views of the lake and surrounding areas. I agree with one other reviewer, the bed in the master bedroom was very firm, too firm for my liking. But I’m not going to deduct points from the review based on personal preference. Overall, fantastic stay, and if we have the chance, we’ll definitely stay here again!

We had a very nice stay. The place is wonderful! Great layout and very well stocked kitchen. The game room is perfect and we had a blast playing all the different games. The hot tub was big and roomy. Only real downside was the beds. The master suite has a very, very firm memory foam bed, which was not our favorite. We woke up sore both mornings. The second king bed was much less firm and our friends said they felt like they were sunk into the bed. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay and would come back.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property! From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described in the listing. The home was spacious, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed — from a fully stocked kitchen to extra towels and cozy bedding.The location was ideal — close to everything we wanted to do but still peaceful and relaxing. We especially loved spending time on the patio each evening, enjoying the view and the quiet surroundings.Our host was fantastic — responsive, friendly, and made check-in and check-out super easy. It’s clear they really care about their guests’ experience.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing, worry-free getaway. It truly felt like a home away from home!
