Lodges en Gibbston

"The cottages are well-appointed and set within an attractive vineyard setting. It is very remote and getting a taxi can be challenging and expensive. The facility has a bistro that is effectively of no use to guests as it closes, like reception and everything else @ 5.00 PM. Even breakfast has to be pre-orderedand delivered into your fridge the night before. Seems like the whole place is set-up for the owners and staff not guests. Particularly as there is nothing else around in less than 20...

"The property is beautiful! However, if you are touring NZ during the day, you will miss using all of the amenities. The coffee store opens at 10. Breakfast is served starting at 8 am. Cheese shop and wine bar close at 6. We missed it all! This is a spa destination for New Zealanders, not a place for tourists."

"Exceptional. This hotel completely redefines what a five-star experience should be. It makes you rethink all the previous five-star review you've given simply because nothing went wrong. Hulbert house sets the standard, and few others deserve to be in the same category. Staff are always keen to help and would put in a lot of nice touches. Particularly love how they would put a couple bottles of water in the car as they pull the car out for you. Also the 5pm canapé/wine were nice (great sav...

"Beautiful, cozy hotel in town and right next to the water. Perfect location to take in the stunning scenery and explore Queenstown."
