The property is located in an ideal location. However, there were many bleach and brown stains on the upstairs carpet along with scratched/faded flooring near and around the kitchen areaResponse from the property management company was quick. Beds were very comfortable.We would consider staying at this property again. Hopefully the flooring and carpet issues can be replaced.

4 stars!

Georgetown is the cutest location, and this home was right at the heart. It had all needed amenities, and was perfect for my husband and I. The location was our favorite part!! The bed was super comfy. The carpet has stains, but we understand that the property is used as a rental, so given the price, we weren’t upset by that.

Condo in Georgetown

Our stay was ruined by the condition of the condo. Outside, there was trash including empty alcohol bottles and cigarette butts. Inside was filthy. Carpet was stained everywhere. Missing light bulbs, yellowing pillow cases, stove top was dirty, floors were dirty and a huge pile of dirt was swept up by us, hair on bathroom floors, toilets not cleaned, and slow response from management company. I was told I would get a refund for our second night that we didn’t stay (because of the filth) but have not received it yet. I won’t post pictures but I have them along with videos.

Great Experience!

The property was very cute and homey! I love that there were plenty of essentials such as shower hygiene products and a kitchen stocked with cookware, seasonings, and coffee. The bed was very comfortable and there was plenty of space for our kids to play and hangout during the moments we were in the house. The town it is in, Georgetown, is SO beautiful and such a cute little town. Aside from the property itself, the location in which it is was probably my favorite part. Plenty of shops and local restaurants just down the road. Check in and out was very easy and the management is extremely communicative. Highly reccomend!

Beautiful location walking distance to a great coffee shop. Absolutely beautiful lake with a great walking path all the way around (1.44 mi)

Georgetown condo

DO NOT STAY HERE. Property was in terrible condition- broken windows, extremely dirty floors, dishwasher not installed, dirty Kleenex in a bedroom drawer and light bulbs missing. These were not new issues and in reviewing previous comments they had all been a problem for over a month and neither VRBO or the property management company had done anything about it. Still trying to contact VRBO and the management company for a refund.

Filthy carpet and floors. No tissues.

The carpet looked like someone dragged their muddy boots across the floors and there were bleach marks in places. A window had a large crack. This place was marketed as as a cute updated condo but was beat down. I was so disappointed. The cleaning fee was high and it was FAR from clean. The dishwasher wasn’t not properly mounted so when you opened it it wanted to pull out of the counter. There were no tissues or other amenities. The toilet paper was the cheapest of the cheap. The living room furniture was uncomfortable and so was the smaller bedroom mattress. The larger bedroom mattress was fine. We couldn’t get out of here fast enough. Consider other rentals first.

Convenient. Good but not perfect

Good location, easy check in. Garage is really good to have in the winter. Overall good rental for the week we were there.There was a broken window (likely due to construction of additional condos in the same area) and a drawer full of used tissues in one of the bedside tables.

Easy Access to Denver

The pluses are pretty good: easy check in, garage, clean kitchen and bathrooms, beds were comfy, location on the lake and easy access to the cute Georgetown “downtown “. The negatives, are well, pretty negative: the carpet was filthy. The condo appeared new, but the carpet looked 20 years old! When we booked we checked the hot tub and fireplace amenities and assumed the rentals that were shown had that. Wrong! Silly me didn’t read the tiny print that the hot tub AND fireplace were up the road at the Microhotel. So disappointing to say the least. Slight electrical issues, had to trip the breaker a couple times to use kitchen appliances. One of the reviews stated the hot tub was up the road, but nothing about the fireplace. On a cold January eve, sure would have been nice.

Georgetown Getaway

Perfect location with easy access to lakes, trails, and downtown Georgetown. Hikers Haven was nicely stocked with basics for our weeklong stay. Communication with the host was quick, easy and responsive throughout. Would easily stay here again.

Disappointed

Very disappointed in appearance of property. Weeds 3 feet tall surrounding the property. No chairs available to sit on patio. Let people know that construction is going on . No televisions in the bedrooms. Need to let people know that as well. . We had a great time with the excursions, but

Short , peaceful stay

Was our first time being to Georgetown but we were told it was a fun, quiet town. The property met all of our needs with good location close to I70 and Cabin Creek Brewery. We enjoyed the back patio but wish there was some furniture to sit out there by the lake. We look forward to returning to Georgetown and seeing how much it has changed. I hope the growth doesn’t take the small town feel away.

Great views, comfortable stay

We had a great overnight at this property. We enjoyed the views out the back door and the proximity to everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked.
