Staff was concerned to just get additional money. They even were insisting to pay the Tourism Tax which was included in prepaid tariff and as per Expedia confirmation email.

"The 3 bedrooms are just nice for my family, the room are clean and new, walking distance to Genting Highlands indoor and outdoor theme parks. It has nice views and a jacuzzi at balcony. We have fun staying. We stayed one night, would suggest stay at least 2 nights."

"Room was cleaned and ambients was great.
Only thing was price was slightly higher, limited food options at the mall. Could attract more guest if price was more adjusted for sure because no it was a residence with no room service. Enjoy the stay nevertheless"
