Først og fremst topp beliggenhet. Leiligheten i seg selv var grei. Mangler nok litt tilsyn, både støvsugeren og hårføneren som stod i leiligheten var ødelagt. Anbefales for 2 personer, ikke 4 som vi var da sofaen ikke var god å ligge på, og uttrekksdelen var ca 140 cm lang så den passet så vidt til 7 åringen vår.

A nice flat close to the city centre. However, check-in communication was very poor: as I was arriving late, I'd agreed that the keys would be hidden, but then I got no instructions of this beforehand, and only a phone call after I had already landed with an address (quite far away) to pick up the keys. There were additional taxes and "late check-in fees" to pay (even though WE had to go to pick up the keys). The flat is also not very well equipped - e.g. very few toiletries. You could probably get better value elsewhere.

Музыкальная осень в Гданьске.

Добрый день! Я приезжала в Гданьск на концерт в филармонию, и чтобы посетить любимые музеи - Двор Артуса, Национальный музей изобразительного искусства и другие. Кроме этого попала на концерт в Ратуше, послушала Мессу в Мариацком костеле - это дополнительные штрихи и краски для осеннего, немного дождливого и прохладного Гданьска. В отеле я пробыла двое суток. Не очень удобно, что офис с ключами находится в другом месте, но это не очень далеко, так что переживаемо, тем более, что уезжая, ключ можно оставить в почтовом ящике. Район очень удобен для посещения всех главных достопримечательностей, особенно, когда построили еще один мост, соединяющий Оловянку с главной набережной. Особенно красиво вечером. Номер очень теплый, удобный, современный, отличный душ, освещение, удобная мебель. Главным минусом ПОКА остается стройка под окнами, которая начинает шуметь довольно рано. Для тех, кто рано встает это не проблема, а вот любителям поспать это вряд ли понравится. Зато номер оборудован буквально всем необходимым для жизни: телевизор, плита, электрочайник, кофеварка, микроволновка, посудомойка, стиральная машина, утюг и даже пылесос! Очень удобно и для семьи - возможность экономить. Для путешественника - хороший выбор, возможность с комфортом отдохнуть и насладиться Гданьском. Спасибо всем! Инна.

Otimme taksin Gdanskin lentoasemalta Apartinfo Szafarniaan ja sinne tultuamme emme päässeet sisään eikä talosta tulleet ihmiset osanneet neuvoa miten avaimen saa. Soitin Apartinfon toimistoon josta kerrottiin että avain pitää hakea heidän toimistoltaan joka on parin kilometrin päässä. Ja ei kun kylmässä tuulessa hakemaan avainta koska taksimme oli jo poistunut. Miksi ei tätä avaimen noutopaikkaa kerrottu missään teidän papereissa. Seurasimme seuraavina päivinä huoneemme ikkunasta kuin useat vierailijat joutuivat saman ongelman eteen kuin me.Kertokaa vastaisuudessa asiakkaille etukäteen avaimen luovutustoimenpide.

Good location but....

This apartment is in a nice location however it falls short of the advert and photos. It is very small with a pull out sofa bed that takes up half the living space, the bed sheets are too small for it and only two small pillows are provided. The kitchen is also ill equipped with only the basic amount of crockery and cutlery, the glasses and cups are miniature! also no tea towels are provided. There was supposed to be an hairdryer supplied but that was missing so my wife had to go without for our 4 night stay. The satellite tv is in Polish only, so beware and it should advertised as such. When we wanted to use the Wi-Fi there was no login details available. All the problems were e-mailed to the office in Gdansk (who were a nightmare from the initial booking) they promised us an hairdryer the next day, it didn't appear. The WiFi code, we were told was on the router, the whereabouts of it was a mystery. We contacted them again half an hour later and they ignored us. The following day they sent us the code, why didn't they do that in the first place? Who knows? The hairdryer never materialised nor did the missing tea towels. The apartment is very clean and in a good location but I'm sure you can find better for the price. A good lesson in customer service is required for the ignorant staff and several issues that could easily be put right need to be addressed.

I am very disappounted. The room was not ready for us when we å trives late at night. There was no bed sheets so we hard to sleep directlt at the mattress the first night. There dere altso no towels at the apartment.

Przebiegł bez problemowo choć powinno być więcej danych na temat kodów, wejść i parkowania pojazdu we własnym zakresie. Położenie uważam za bardzo dobre, czystość dość zadawalająca.

Lækker lejlighed med perfekt beliggenhed

Dejlig lejlighed med masser af plads og det var pænt og rent .. Vi havde dog lidt problemer med et vindue , det kunne vi ikke lukke.. og tv ' et i stuen kunne vi ikke få til at virke.. Men selve lejligheden var helt i top.. lækker badeværelse og så ligger den jo bare rigtig godt i forhold til strøget .. kan varmt anbefales

Helt ok hotell, men dårlig service på kontret

Hotellet var fint. Minus og mye rot med å få nøkkel ved sen ankomst, måtte kjøre et annet sted enn kontoret. Mye rot med informasjon om leiligheten, og misforståelser med taxi og mye unødig frem og tilbake. Fin leilighet, men svarte hår i sengene, som hadde veldig harde madrasser. Ligger sentralt, men et stykke å gå for å komme til kontoret/ resepsjon. Pga mye frem og tilbake som gav oss en del unødig stress kommer vi ikke til å bruke dette hotellet flere ganger.

Annonsert at det var en leilighet i et hotellbygg. Det var det ikke. Det var en frittstående leilighet. Langt unna, på en byggeplass. Ble vekt av kraftig hamring av anleggsmaskin kl 08.00 om morgen. Leiligheten hadde mangler, defekt gardin, sprukket glass over kjøkkenbenk, defekt radiator på badet. Ingen varmekabler i gulv på bad. Ingen høydærre dette!

Litt amatørmessig opplegg.

Vi hadde kun to overnattinger. Likevel presterte de å plassere oss på et rom som vi måtte bytte neste dag siden det var noe problem med vårt bookete rom. Det var ingen instruks/informasjon om teknisk utstyr, og i tillegg fikk vi feil kode til ytterportene slik at vi måtte vente på andre beboere for å komme inn på kvelden. Vi fikk heller ikke koden til Wi fi i den første leiligheten og den andre hadde feil kode samt at ruteren var slått av. Det manglet også såpe på den andre leil. og det var en del vann rundt doen. I begge leil. var det en del lamper/ spotter som ikke virket.

Flott beliggenhet, flott leilighet, men det ble ikke byttet håndklær og det var veldig lytt. Så du måtte sove når de i naboleiligheten sov. Leiligheten var men for 4 personer, men det var bare sitteplass til 3.

Var veldig fornøyd å bo i leilighet her da vi var 3 venner på tur. Rolig og fin beliggenhet med god frokost på Neighbours,som ligger 100 m bort i gaten. Fin utsikt over til gamlebyen som lå 5 min gange unna.

L'appartamento è molto bello e in un'ottima posizione. Purtroppo la pulizia lasciava molto a desiderare: polvere ovunque, tappettini sporchi, materasso del divano-letto macchiato. Inoltre c'erano solo 3 asciugamani per 4 persone e il lenzuolo del divano letto era più piccolo del materasso.

Loistava palvelu

Olimme todella tyytyväisiä majoitukseemme Gdanskissa. Toiminta vaikutti tehokkaalta ja palvelu oli ensiluokkaista. Ainoana miinuksena pidin sitä, että emme saaneet sähköpostiviestiimme vastausta, kun vastasimme Apartinfon meille lähettämään viestiin, jossa pyydettiin ilmoittamaan saapumisaika hyvissä ajoin. Itse asunnon avaimia emme kuitenkaan joutuneet odottamaan kuin puolisen tuntia siitä, kun soitimme Apartinfoon. Meille varattu asunto oli remontissa, mutta saimme korvaukseksi upouuden asunnon lähistöltä, joten tämä sekaannus hoitui mallikkaasti. Lisäpalveluna yritys tarjosi aamiaisen tai hieronnan huoneistoon. Aamiaista emme tilanneet, mutta hieroja oli todella hyvä. Molemmat palvelut olivat kohtuullisen hintaisia.

Not the apartment that we booked

You must ring to arrange to check in. This was not easy and involved 4 calls. We were told to meet at a different building to the one advertised on hotels.com. We were told that we had been upgraded and moved to a different building - our apartment had incurred some damage. The apartments where we were taken are on the same road (a cobbled street and so this is noisy when cars go by) but are still under construction. The lift insides were wooden! We booked an apartment with 4 single beds but were not given this. The 2 single beds in the bedroom were fine but the sofa bed was awful. The mattress was old and filthy. Its cover was filthy and we had not been given enough bedding. The apartment was modern and looked fairly clean; the bathroom was modern and clean but the toilet developed a leak. It took 2 calls and 2 days for this to be fixed. A huge drawback is that there is no air conditioning. It was hot and if you open the windows and doors lots of flies come in and it is very noisy. The window blinds do not block out much light. There are a small number of satellite channels in English. The location was great and Gdansk is wonderful but we feel that we did not receive the deluxe apartment that we booked and paid for.
