"Absolutely fantastic apartment. Lovely and clean, situated in a fantastic area that meant all the attractions we're within a few minutes walking distance. Great breakfast in the restaurant downstairs and tonnes of dining options again all within walking distance. Cannot recommend highly enough. Thanks for a great stay."

"The entrance was a little hard to find, but we also arrived at night and there was a big race that weekend with barricades. The entrance is down the building a little from the street. The apartment was nice and the kitchen was great to have. Location is pretty convenient."

"Location was great, apartment was nice. But, we only had AC for one day. It was broken till our check out. It was extremely hot at night, we keep waking up with headaches. Reported the issue several times.
There was horrible sting of sewage from bathroom.
No drawer set or shelving in rooms. Had to live from suitcases. When asked about it, I was told that I should have looked at the pictures. ."

"We stayed in one of the hotel's apartments and were unfortunately disappointed with our experience. When we arrived to check in, we were given the wrong door access code and were unable to enter the apartment. We had to call several different phone numbers before we finally managed to get in touch with someone who could help us.
The bathroom door was broken, and the shower head was also damaged. In addition, the water temperature constantly changed between cold and hot, making it uncomfortable...

"Awful checkin system. You have to make a payment for city tax but they dont tell you until right before you are expecting checkin instructions. After traveling 15hrs you don't want a last minute roadblock. Contact less means no contact. Bed was terribly uncomfortable. Complaints went unresolved & ignored. Avoid."
