The place was nice. There were several dead bugs and it smelled musty when we got there. Overall a nice place and would stay again. We did not feel we should be asked to tip the cleaners, as we paid for that service.

Location was great. It sits back off the road which is great because it is very quiet. Clise to shopping, restaurants and Dunkin Donuts..I know how people like their coffee. The condo itself is very spacious. Our balcony was very private. We had a couple of issues that I have addressed with the owner and I feel like those will be taken care of. Plenty of parking.

Great Pigeon Forge Condo!

Great location thats close to everything! Very private with 2 pools & hot tub! Beautifully decorated with all the amenities! Full kitchen & 2 bathrooms! Great trip & can't wait to return!

We enjoyed convince of the area. Just a suggestion when entering through front door there is a like a musty smell so maybe a plug in would be nice right there, other wise everything was perfectly acceptable and worked well for our needs. Thank you we’d stay here again.

Wish I Could Give 2 Ratings

I truly wish I could give 2 ratings. 1 for the unit and 1 for just the host.My family and I arrived around 8pm and when we walked in, there were 3 roaches on the floor. Two were dead and 1 was alive. I immediately sent the owner a text message. She responded in a timely manner and contacted the bug man. He did not come out until 2 days later. (not the owner's fault). He sprayed but we still killed a few after that. (We killed 8 total during our stay). I will say that I do not believe that their was an infestation. I believe they may have been coming from another unit. The doors leading outside had a lot of moisture forming around the frames. That may have contributed to the problem as well. The building itself had a musty smell which lingered into the unit as well. (Again, not the owner's fault). Now for the positives. The unit was super clean, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen had anything you would need to cook with as far as pots, pans, utensils, cups, plates, ect. The location is amazing. Lastly, the owner is super responsive and did not dismiss any concerns.(She gets ALL the stars).

Mountain View Condo Stay

The Mountain View Condos are very nice and quiet. The location of the property is really nice and easy to find. The unit itself was very nice and clean. We would definitely stay in that unit again if it is available!!

Review

The property was at an excellent location. The property itself was extremely nice. The grounds were nice. The condo was nice. We did use the hot tub and swimming pool and both of them were excellent experiences. The condo itself had adequate kitchen appliances and cookware.There was extra blankets and pillows for the pullout couch. The only negative comment I have about the condo is the master bathroom toilet and sink seem to be stopped up. I did have to use the plunger two times and we did not put any toilet paper in the toilet. Other than that, the condo was exceptional.

Bugs

There were bugs in the condo. I messaged the owner and was told they were love bugs and they were everywhere. I know what love bugs are and these weren't. Also, i go to Pigeon Forge several times a year and have never had this issue. The last time i went, we stayed in the same place. Same building, different condo and had no issues. Probably won't go back.

2 BR condo at Mountain View Condos

Overall the property and location are both nice, but the unit itself definitely need’s attention. To start with, we walked in the door and it stunk. I mean it smelled bad and no amount of fans or candles would help it. It smelled like bad cigarette smoke that someone tried to cover up and it was that way till we left. We never got used to it. Then we noticed the shower in the master bedroom has no handrail at all and is super slippery. I’m only 49, but it was so sketchy I didn’t want to use it.The bed had a mattress topper that was so soft it was difficult to sleep for more than an hour at a time, and the pillows on the bed were completely worn out. Unit needs some TLC for a better experience.

Great spot for family

This was a fantastic location for family to meet up and have a family vacation. Plenty of space and easy to access all nearby attractions!
