"Everything was above expectation. Excellent communications with host. Clear guidance for access, parking, and use. Condo was ideal size as a comfortable landing place while visiting area (super cute), very clean, and well appointed. Location wonderful... close to many popular activities. Split floorplan (bedrooms each had attached bath) allowed privacy, as needed. Definitely would rent again for next trip to Gatlinburg!"

The condo is newly built and very easy to get into. The owners gave us all the info we needed, but didn’t over send info and keep messaging throughout our stay like some owners do.
