This was such a cute little place to stay. Very close to the main drag of all the things piegon forge has to offer. The quiteness was excellent. And traveling with our dog it was a great place for him, with plenty of room outside to potty. The only suggestions I would have is maybe a small alarm clock by the bed. And the water pressure seemed to be very weak.

I didn’t plan to leave a review, but this experience has been weighing on me since our trip.We stayed here about a year ago and had a great experience, which is why we booked again for a mountain getaway. Unfortunately, this visit was completely different.We arrived at 3:00 PM after a 3 hour drive and found the property had not been cleaned. This was extremely inconvenient, especially since we had a 5:00 PM dinner show and wanted time to settle in. I messaged the host at 2:50 PM and received no response.During dinner, I couldn’t enjoy myself because I kept checking for a reply. By 6:30 PM, I called the contact number, which led to customer service—not the host. The representative was kind but couldn’t reach the host after multiple attempts.By 7:30 PM, we still had nowhere to stay, over three hours from home, with a three-night reservation. After calling multiple times, the host finally responded and was initially rude. She then said no cleaner had been scheduled but would send one.The cleaner didn’t arrive until 8:45 PM, and we couldn’t settle in until 9:30 PM. The cleaning felt rushed and unprofessional. We never received a follow-up message or apology.This was extremely disappointing, especially given our past stay. As paying customers, we expected better communication and preparation. We will not be returning.

My husband and I took a trip to Tennessee with our Chihuahua and had a great stay. The location was perfect and close to everything we wanted to do in Pigeon Forge. The room and amenities were exactly what we expected based on the listing. Everything was clean, and the shower had great water pressure, which was a big plus.The host was very helpful and responded quickly whenever we had questions. We also loved being greeted by the two friendly cats roaming the property. The grassy area was perfect for our dog and made traveling with a pet easy and enjoyable. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient place to stay, and we would definitely recommend it.

Great location- tucked away from the main drag so it was very peaceful but still only 10-15 minutes from everything. The accommodation itself was great, very cozy with everything we needed. Loved the electric fireplace in the room, was perfect after a long day of hiking! We were traveling with our dog and there was plenty of grass for us to walk him around and trash cans to dispose of his duty. Looking forward to staying here, again!

We have stayed many places over the years and this was perfect for us! It is quiet, close to everything and clean. Lisa was very communicative. Brittany, was working her butt off cleaning units and extremely sweet. The laundry facilities were nice and very efficient! This place is small and cozy, but our favorite. We felt safe. Guests were friendly. It has everything you need for a fraction of the price! 5 stars!

Cute little place to stay perfect for a couple. Had an issue with the mini fridge but communication with host was great. Outside the odor from the landfill was strong at early morning but couldn't smell in room. Leave your windows up on car entering the area and you be fine. I would stay again for sure. It's close to most of the attractions in pigeon forge.

Went for our 10 year wedding anniversary..

It was Amazing, Lisa was very helpful and great with communication. The room was perfect for our kid free getaway close to everything we did. And only a beautiful drive to Gatlinburg took us roughly 30-40 mins of that. We really enjoyed the room and the ability to cook some of our meals to save us money. We would definitely come back and recommend it..

Great small place for a short getaway!

We truly enjoyed our stay here for a short trip to the mountains. Everything was clean, cute and exactly as described. Our only “issue” was there was no cell phone service but we did have wifi so we could at least text if necessary. Just wanted to let others know that is a possibility with their phones . Maybe it was just ours lol. But we would definitely book here again on our next trip!
