"The cat was the best part! And it was a very nice property! They were able to accommodate our late check in because the check in process was so seamless. The domes are a bit close together so we could hear a baby crying in the early hours of the morning, but that’s the nature of this kind of campsite. They left a cute s’more kit to use with the propane fire as well. Overall, an excellent stay that I would be happy to do again. It’s a very peaceful area. "

"Host was very polite and quick responses to text. Loved this house. It's lovated at the top of the mountain with a beautiful drive past Ober ski mountain. The hot tub was great and sauna worked well. I do wish there were instructions and a small bucket to fill water for the sauana. The gaming table did not work, which was a disappointment. "We had a wonderful stay in this cabin. The location was great - very close to Dollywood and downtown Pigeon Forge, and easy to get to Smoky Mtn NP. The cabin was well-equipped for the 6 of us (kids, parents, grandparents, and dog!). The owner was very responsive to questions. Loved the little well-stocked store at the bottom of the hill! Keep your garbage in the correct bins as advised - we saw a bear one evening behind the cabins across from this location!"

"We loved our stay at Sunnyvale. It was like a home away from home. It was so close to Dollywood and just a short drive into Gatlinburg where we love to visit. Our host gave us perfect instructions and I know they would have been there had we needed. Overall wonderful place to stay and I highly recommend. "

"We love to be check in since at least 12 or 1 pm But it went to check in from 3 t0 5 pm without notice and check out was too early it be good to check out by 11:50 but everything else was great"
