"Every room has a TV and the game room is a lot of fun. Beds are very comfortable. Kitchen has a lot of utility and there are plenty of dishes, glasses and serving utensils. The downstairs bathroom fan did not work. The floors were dirty. The electric oven did not cycle to maintain a consistent heat and had to be turned on and off to cook our steaks (thankfully we had smart thermometer probes or else cooking with the oven would have been extremely difficult). "The property is perfect for a Smoky Mountain getaway. The hosts were very communicative and helpful. There are some cats and a dog on property that were super friendly. The communal area is very well maintained. Would definitely recommend to others!"
