Birthday get away

We had a lovely trip. The property is true to pictures and there was nothing that wasn’t expected. The property company was very responsive. We were able to add a day to our trip, and got our deposit back quickly.

Met our needs

I'm being nitpicky here but it was rated as an exceptional online and while it was good and did meet our needs I would not say it was exceptional. We were in town for a wedding and so we visited several friends cabins throughout our stay. Ours was the only one that limited trash bags, toilet paper laundry and dish pods

Great Smoky Mountain Cabin!

We had our family of 7 there for a long weekend and it couldn't have been better! The host and her team were very helpful and accommodating. The property was perfect and the family had a blast! BOOK THIS PROPERTY IF YOU'RE GOING TO THE SMOKY MOUNTAINS!

Wonderful Cabin

Cabin was a wonderful get away for us. Thank you so much for letting us stay here. The cabin had everything we needed and plus some. Fun activites, hot tub and game shed that had A/C in it! Thanks again!

Perfect place to stay whether you're a couple or family!

The managers were amazing. It was a little too warm in the house. I made a call and it was taken care of in minutes! They thought of everything you would possibly need to enjoy your stay. We went to Pigeon Forge for the days to check out the sights and going back to the rental was just what we needed. In just minutes you can go from crowded streets and congestion to quiet time and relaxation. Our family loved it!!

We really enjoyed our stay. We did however lose one night of getting to enjoy the hot tub. We only stayed 2 nights so I was really bummed out about that. (Hot tub wasn’t heating) The owner/manager was really quick to respond and work with me and they had it up and running for our last night there and we were able to enjoy it then. We really liked the place, how things were set up, everything was clean, I wish we would have had more time to enjoy the fire pit. If I get to book another stay in the future I will be sure to book an extra day so we can have more time to enjoy all what the cottage offered!

Great stay

We really enjoyed our stay this is our second trip to Tennessee and we will definitely try to book again. The house, the game room and seclusion was amazing The driveway is definitely steep for our big vehicle but by the last day we had it figured out.

Quaint little cabin

This was a last minute stay for us. It was an easy process to book it and the host was in constant communication with all the necessary details for our stay. It is a cute cabin with a very nice outdoor space. You have everything you need inside to make your stay comfortable and are provided with all the little extra things such as Soaps, shampoo, laundry soap, paper towels, ect as well as a couple of nice surprise touches. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the kids loved it.

Amazing Property and Location

Communication from Yvette was timely, clear, and responsive. This property is a gem and has everything you need. Everything was clean and even had some starter items to keep you readybto go. The location is great, you are close to town, but just far enough out to enjoy the serenity the Smokies have to offer. We are ready to book here again!

Cute Cozy Cabin that has even more potential

We came here to celebrate my husbands birthday and spend a week exploring the Great Smoky Mountains which is about 25 minutes away. The inside of the cabin was great and looked just like the pictures! My kids loved having the upstairs bedrooms to themselves! There is a noisy utility closet by master bedroom so if you are a light sleeper such as myself, you might be woken up. The kitchen was cute, the beds were comfy, bathrooms squeaky clean, the body wash/shampoo was generous! What did disappoint us though was how outdated and neglected the outside felt. It was NOT like the pictures. The deck needed to be painted at least 5 years ago and a couple of us got splinters. The chairs were all rusted and falling apart, tables, rug filthy piles of filth on deck. The outdoor swing and shed chairs were covered in moss and looked like they needed to be replaced as well. The grill was filthy and rusted and the garbage outside was rusted through that it had a giant hole, etc. The outside was what sold us on this place and so this was disappointing. I did reach out to Yvette on some minor things and she was very responsive, but didn't have anything to say about us feeling misled about outside space. She did say she had already ordered a new table set for deck and would have it delivered next day which she did but now there's no comfy seating on deck.We did enjoy our stay and this place has the potential to be a 5 star rental if the outside is given more tlc and thought like the cabin.
