Our family have stayed in many VRBO’s in the past 5 years but this was quite possibly was our favorite. It was the perfect cabin for our family of 4. Loved the location and the ease to get to the park and the two towns, Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. The cabin was very clean and had every amenity we needed for our 6 night stay. My husband and I enjoyed having our coffee on the balcony in the morning staring at the amazing views and wildlife, while the kids enjoyed the game room upstairs. Communication with the hosts was also very easy and quick. All in all, the perfect stay in the smokies!

We booked this cabin a year in advance and it absolutely did not disappoint. The views from both balconies are stunning, and it’s a perfect place to relax safely with the kids. Traveling with our 22-month-old was a breeze thanks to the built-in gates at the stairs and exits, along with the provided pack and play and high chair. Thank you for thinking of that!The hot tub and outdoor grill were big hits and we used them often. Everyone had a blast with the foosball and air hockey tables upstairs. The location is ideal, right between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, making it easy to get to attractions and grab groceries. We cooked dinner at the cabin every night because the kitchen had everything we needed.They truly thought of everything in this home and we will definitely be back!

We stayed at this beautiful cabin in Gatlinburg this past weekend, and it couldn’t have been a better fit for all of us. My husband and I stayed on the main floor, while my daughter and her friend (two preteens who are notoriously picky!) had their own apartment like space upstairs, which they loved, they had tons of space and privacy.What truly set this stay apart was the incredible communication with the hosts. I’ve never had better communication in all my travel experiences. The host provided every detail I could’ve possibly needed, and then some, which meant I didn’t have to ask a single question. It made the entire trip, feel seamless and stress-free from the start.The cabin itself is stunning and in the perfect location, we even had a frequent visitor, a bear who like to hang out near the driveway entrance (we named her Shelley )Thank you again for sharing your amazing property with us and being such a thoughtful, responsive host. I typically like to try a new cabin every time we visit Gatlinburg, but this one changed my mind, 100% planning to stay here again!

A peaceful stay with beautiful views. Not far from downtown or pigeon forge. The house was clean, and well maintained. The hosts provided a wonderful welcome book with lots of helpful tips and places to see. They’re easy to communicate with and you can tell they take pride in their cabin. One of the cleanest places we have stayed, comfy beds and linens, and lots of amenities. We were sad to leave and hope to come back in the future. Definitely one of my favorite places to stay. Way beyond a 5 star rating!

We had an incredible stay at Robert and Mallory’s cabin! They were fantastic hosts, as they were communicative, thoughtful, and attentive to every detail. The cabin was beautifully maintained, well-appointed, and perfectly arranged for privacy and relaxation, with two spacious decks and stunning mountain views. The location was perfect too!We loved waking up to gorgeous sunrises and spending our days hiking in the Smokies. After each adventure, it was a joy to come back to such a peaceful, comfortable space, and a few friends too. This cabin was the perfect home base for our trip, and we’ll definitely be back!

Robert and Mallory couldn’t have been more attentive hosts. They made sure to give us information about the check-in process and sites to see before we arrived. The cabin was perfect for our stay. We had 2 couples and we each had our own bedroom and bath. The views from the decks were spectacular. Not only did they have a hot tub but the upper deck had a firepit for relaxing with a glass of wine. We really enjoyed our stay.

My husband and I wanted to treat Mom to a getaway to Gatlinburg for Mother’s Day (she lives near Cookeville and we live in AZ). It was our first time to the area and we loved it. Robert and Mallory communicated way in advance with restaurant recommendations, things to do,etc. This mountain home is spectacular with breathtaking views! The upstairs game area was really fun. We enjoyed hanging out on the decks in the hot tub and around the fire pit. It was the perfect location close to town

This house was everything we were looking for for our family getaway. The house was very clean and the owners were very easy to communicate with. We had a very relaxing time and the views from the balcony were amazing. Would highly recommend. We will return soon.

This property has everything and more! Extremely clean and well-maintained with so many added touches! The game room upstairs was the perfect hang out for the teenagers, the hot tub was wonderful after days of hiking. The beds were comfortable, plenty of towels and everything you need in the kitchen. The views from both decks is spectacular. Highly recommend this cabin for your Smokey Mountain getaway!

This cabin in Gatlinburg absolutely exceeded every expectation. It was cozy, clean, and had so many amenities. The game room was a total hit with both the kids and adults. And we all loved the hot tub. The location is perfect for anything you want to do in Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg. The hosts are so kind and had great communication from beginning to end! Highly recommend! We will definitely be back!

We booked three nights for spring break and wished there was availability for an extra night. The hosts were great in communicating and making sure we didn't need anything. The weather was great. We loved the location of the cabin in the mountains. We all loved the upstairs area; the favorite spot to hang out and relax. We definitely recommend and will be back.

We absolutely loved the cabin that we stayed in for a family trip. We have actually stayed there before and this was our second time returning. We love the location and how convenient it is to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. The property managers are the absolute best! They communicate with you and are there to help with any questions or concerns you have while staying. We will definitely be back again soon!

Our stay at Serenity Ridge was fantastic! Mallory, and Robert were excellent hosts—even while off the property, their communication was top-tier. They kept us informed every step of the way and were incredibly accommodating. We ran a little behind at checkout, and they graciously didn’t charge us for leaving 30 minutes late after we gave them a heads-up.The property itself is beautiful and cozy. From the pictures, I initially thought it might be too big for our group of five, but it turned out to be the perfect size. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed to prepare a gourmet meal, and the fresh coffee setup was a great touch. The house instructions were clear and made settling in effortless. I especially appreciated the thoughtful detail of the spices left on the counter—such a hospitable touch!The weather was a mix of cloudy one day and sunny with a crisp 45F on another. We chose to soak in the outdoor hot tub with jets, and it was the perfect contrast to the cool air—we thought we’d freeze, but it was just right! And the highlight of our first night? A bear sighting! We were beyond excited.Overall, this property was excellent, and we made the most of our short yet fulfilling and relaxing weekend. Everything is conveniently located nearby, though be prepared for some traffic, especially during busy seasons. Highly recommend this stay for anyone looking for a cozy, well-equipped retreat with amazing hosts

We are both older couples and just wanted to relax and catch up. The place was very clean and amenities were very well thought out. Very nice hot tub and there were upper and lower porches that overlooked the valley and mountains. Communication was top notch, we didn't need anything but you could tell our host wanted us to have an exceptional experience and checked in to make sure. Wonderful time!
