The view was spectacular! Mama Bear and three cubs entertained our last two evenings at the house. It was some getting used to the mountain travel from us "midwest flatlanders" but absolutely everything else was perfect about the stay. Our grandkids spent many hours at the pool table perfecting their game.

Quick weekend getaway

We had a fantastic stay at this cabin! It snowed as we were coming into town, but we were pleasantly surprised by how well the roads were salted and cleared on the roads leading to the cabin! Would stay again!

30th Birthday

A very nice cabin and we loved all the extra space not on top of each other. We’ll definitely keep this on our list for future trips. Thank you for allowing us to be able to stay in your cabin.

Great getsway

We had a great stay.. beautiful house. Will def be back.. I will say I tried contacting the property management company about extending our stay and didn’t get a response. But the owner was great and responded back and took great care of us! The bears were icing on top of the cake so cute and enjoyed watching them play

Fog rolling in

We came up for new years and had a great time as a family! It was so awesome to see the fog rolling in through the mountains from the deck. Everything was in working order, and well stocked! We had a great time!

Excellent property

Property was great and convenient to downtown Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. House was as advertised. Hot tub and theater rooms were great for our group and provided some great things for the kids to do while staying there. Excellent sty and I would recommend staying at Bear Necessities and would stay again if I return to Gatlinburg.

Birthday get away

Hey! We enjoyed the place. It could have been cleaner. We did contact the owner, and he sent over some cleaning supplies. Which helped. I do appreciate his quick response to helping us.

Great memories

The cabin was just right for our family members. It was very clean and comfortable. Located in an area near Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Our last night there we saw a family of 4 bear cubs and their momma. Right up close behind closed doors. Awesome! Thank you!
