Our place was incredible the decor and location was absolutely perfect. We have been going to Gatlinburg for almost 35 years. This was the best stay ever. The owners must really care about the people who rents from them . 6 stars out of 5. Awesome job.

Everything was great… we walked into town which was convenient and you didn't have to pay extra for parking. The unit is on a hillside so it could be a challenge for people with mobility issues. Very nice unit that was well kept. It has an elevator and a luggage cart which is huge if staying several days.

The owner was very friendly and informative. The condo was gorgeous, clean (very clean), located in a wonderful area of downtown Gatlinburg. Everything was available for use in kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms. Great views. Sits high on the hill so you have views that are phenomenal. We even had a visit in the parking lot and on the other side of the pool on the outside from a black bear. Glen and Cathy are great to communicate with. Beautiful property. You will not be disappointed. 10 out of 10.

Immaculate and ideal location

Condo was scrupulously clean and beautifully decorated. It looked even better in person than in the photos! The location is perfect for walking to downtown Gatlinburg or even into the national park (entrance less than half mile away). The building exterior is nicely maintained as well, and our kids loved the pool and hot tub.

As soon as we walked in we were ready to book again

Have stayed at Summit Manor for the last five years of Memorial Day weekend. This was the first time in one of Cathy's units. We hadn't been there but five minutes when we wanted to book again for next year. Communication before, during, and after our stay were excellent. This unit was on the top floor with excellent views, nice electric fireplace and heat out on the patio for those cooler evenings. Loved. This. Place.

Best rental ever!

Our family instantly felt 'at home' as soon as we entered the condo. It was spotlessly clean, smelled amazing, and was beautifully decorated. The two bedrooms had very comfortable mattresses and extra blankets in the closets. Will definitely be back!

The condo is very well appointed and decorated. It was clean, immaculate. Great location. Very easy check-in process. The only negative - the elevator that takes you down to Calhoun’s plaza is broken so the only way down to the Parkway is up/down the steep driveway to the condos. Others at the condo said it had been broken for a while with no plans to repair. It wasn’t necessarily a negative for us but if you have someone in your party with mobility issues it would be a challenge. It’s also an issue if there is icy weather. Overall, we had a great stay!

Did not want to leave!

The condo is immaculate and decorated so cute! Every amenity we needed was there. The beds were super comfy and towels soft. We loved the location and being able to walk everywhere. The owners were great to deal with and we enjoyed meeting Glen. We never heard a peep from our neighbors, and felt like we had the place to ourselves! Highly recommend this condo!!

Well equipped and great location

Very nice condo with everything you need! It’s completely outfitted and a comfortable stay. Close walking distance to restaurants and souvenir shopping. The TV has many channels and apps to log into. There is an elevator and luggage carts to use. The property and condo are well maintained and clean. The owner answers questions quickly and gave useful information. We recommend this condo.

King for a week

First off, will recommend and will return. As nice as advertised. Such a relaxing place to retreat to after beating the streets in the summer heat. I can stay in a hole in the ground and be satisfied but my wife and daughter have higher standards and this place exceeded what they expected. Definitely took the win on this property. Worth the money. Treat yourself.

Great location, very clean

Great location, walking distance to the Great Smoky Mountains and all of the strip. Easy communication with host. Very very clean and well maintained. We have stayed in Gatlinburg many times, at high end resorts, but we will be staying here again, better than the resorts. One of our favorite places.
