Ultimate comfort downtown Gatlinburg!

Beautiful condo! From the moment the family stepped inside we knew this was going to a place we would be staying at again. Exactly like the pictures posted. Bright and airy. Plenty of room for 5 adults. Beds were very comfortable. Great location, just steps from all the action in downtown Gatlinburg. Thank you for such a wonderful time.

Close to everything, roomy and beautifully decorated

If you are looking for a place where you can walk to all the Gatlinburg action, this is the place! Super roomy, with all the amenities. Tastefully decorated. Friendly owner. We fully expect to stay here next time we visit Gatlinburg.

Great place to stay!!

We loved this property for our recent visit. It was so convenient to the strip for the Christmas parade or just walking any where. Super clean, cute, and cozy inside! Owners were super responsive and answered any questions super fast! Very friendly. Would definitely stay in this unit again!

Great stay! So clean!

We had a great stay. This condo was so clean and felt brand new. Well stocked. We didn’t cook much, but seemed to have everything you would need. Internet was zippy and such a plus to have cable in the room for football! If you’re interested in going out to eat and roaming Gatlinburg this location is perfect. Very easy to navigate into the park as well. We will be back! Highly recommend

Awesome Gatlinburg Condo

I have stayed at Summit Manor condos several times. This unit is very clean an updated. It's also a corner unit which provides additional lighting in the living space and quietness since it is an end unit. Everything worked just as it should. I would definitely stay here again.

Clean place and Perfect location

This is our second time to stay in one of Cathy and Glen’s condos. It was very clean and comfortable! It’s a quiet place. You can’t beat the location! Anything on the strip is within walking distance and it’s so nice not to have to drive everywhere and pay to park . The beds were comfortable. We especially enjoyed being on the corner of the building and sitting outside on the patio/balcony. Easy checkin process and Cathy and Glen were always quick to respond to any questions/messages we had. We’d love to stay here again!

Clean and very convenient location

Check in process is very smooth, we did not have any trouble getting in at all. This condo is also in a really great location. Everything is within walking distance. Its vicinity to the smoky mountain state park also makes it the best of both worlds for people who also enjoy nature. We had a great time. Would definitely stay again when we visit.

Great condo in great location!

The condo was very clean and updated. The location was great for walking everywhere and located very close to some of the best restaurants. Being able to access elevators that take you closer to the Parkway /street level is very convenient, especially if anyone in your party doesn’t do well on steeper inclines. The balcony is located above the river. We weren’t able to see it very well, but thanks to the heavy rains on our day of arrival, we enjoyed sitting on the balcony and listening to the water flowing down the river all weekend. The property description is accurate that this condo is in a convenient location yet feels to have more of a private feel. Will definitely want to stay here again!
