Off the beaten path with red trolley stop close by. The walk to the village and stop light 6 was easy and quick. Great for our teens, they had their own space. Could see the fireworks from the balcony and some of the drone show. We got to see bears this trip which was a bonus.

Loved everything about the stay. The location was unbeatable, very clean and comfortable beds! plenty of room for the family. The communication was top notch and getting into the condo was a breeze.

The condo was spotless. My family (2 grown children and son-in-law and grandson) were with us. Only concern was the steps with 1 yr old grandson but we knew there would be steps as nd decided we would just all have to watch. It really wasn't a problem. Our son-in-law saw a bear cub as he was unloading his car which was an added bonus. It was all great. Thank you.

This room was very accommodating. Our beds were comfortable and we had plenty of room for everyone. Also a bonus we could walk instead of paying extra for parking.

Came here with a group of 7 women. I love walking everywhere, but there were a few that walking isnt their thing. The condo is literally steps away from the trolley stop and the main drag! You look out the balcony at night and so much to see. Highly recommend this condo!

The location was great, the space was just right, a bathroom on each level with each room was perfect. The floors are very squeaky so any walking around day or night was heard throughout the condo but we didn't hear any noise from the condo next to us at all!

We had 6 adults there was plenty of room for all! The condo was well equipped with everything you would need. we especially enjoyed the wood burning fireplace. Close to everything, we walked everywhere we wanted to go with the exception of the grocery store. I would highly recommend!

This condo was just as nice as it appeared in the listing! It was very clean, nicely decorated, and had all the essentials we needed for our stay. The location was amazing! It was just a short (beautiful) walk to get to Parkway where so many shops, restaurants, and other activities are located. We would definitely recommend staying here and have already looked at dates to return later this year!

This was the perfect location for our family spring break. The house had plenty of space for my college ages kids, we could walk to most everything in Gatlinburg, and a quick drive to Pigeon Forge. Loved it!

It was clean, in a great location and had a view from the porch. The directions, check in process and check out was very easy and exactly as stated. We would definitely stay here again.

Clean place decent location however to get to main strip it is a big hill to walk down and up, so we ended up still driving. Water in upstairs loft doesn’t get very warm. But overall great place would prob stay again.

Our family had a great time at Downtown Creekside ll, convenient to downtown Gatlinburg. Location was great and townhouse beautifully decorated. Short walk to great restaurants and Anakeesta. Charles was a great host and we look forward to going back.

We celebrated my boyfriend’s 50th birthday and I couldn’t have asked for a better condo that fit all 6 of us comfortably and great location for us to walk to the strip. We will definitely be back!

Communication was perfect. Thorough email with check in procedures and needed information. Check out instructions received the night before. The condo is an excellent location to walk all of Gatlinburg with no hassle on who is driving or paying for parking. I would absolutely recommend this condo!

Such a beautiful condo and excellent location. We were there for a few days after Christmas so downtown Gatlinburg was super crowded and we were able to walk everywhere and not worry about finding parking. Highly recommend!

This wonderful condo was a short walk to a lot of our favorite things in Gatlinburg! The 3 bedrooms situated on 3 different floors (all including their own private bathrooms) made this condo very accommodating to our group. Everything was fresh, clean, stocked and nicely decorated. Our family absolutely loved Downside Creekside II. Check-in was incredibly easy and smooth. The unit is fabulous. The 3 bedrooms and 3 baths were perfect for our adult family of 5. All of the beds were so comfortable. I was so excited about the Christmas decorations and decorated tree. It was such a wonderful touch and really made us feel like home on our holiday week away. We had a wonderful dinner at Calhoun's on New Year's Eve for my autistic son's birthday that night and enjoyed the arcades and strolling along the parkway. We were too tired to go back to the parkway for the NYE festivities. We soon realized that we were able to see the Space Needle from the deck and screened in porch and we were able to watch the drone show and enjoy the fireworks at midnight right from the unit. The unit is an easy less than 10-minute walk to the parkway and had a back way to drive to the market and other restaurants away from the strip which can be hectic to drive through at peak times. The only thing my husband said he would have liked was a Keurig as he is the only one who drinks coffee! However, the unit is equipped with everything you would need, and we loved the starter packs throughout. We would highly recommend this unit.
