"The initial arrival when we parked in the public parking raised some concerns, however the lovely hotel security lady quickly intervened and directed us to the proper hotel parking, from that point it was fantastic! The room was spotless, big and well appointed. But THE VIEWS!… WOW!!! The hotel certainly lives up to the name! The staff were all brilliant from the moment we arrived to the point we had to sadly check out. We will be back again!!"

"There is a new trend in hotel design worldwide which this hotel follows and it needs to stop. Not having proper walls and doors in bathrooms within the room. There is no privacy since the walls are now made of cristal so all the bedroom is illuminated by the bathroom, and the doors don't shot so noise and smell flow into the bedroom effortlessly. There is no way of going into the bathroom and not waking up other people in the room. It's a nightmare when traveling with friends and work...

"Stayed as a solo female traveler and felt very safe in this hotel, which is also super clean with super nice staff. I had dinner there too, and the food was pretty good."

"Loved our stay here. Beautiful view of the ocean with the jagged mountains to the left and Mossel Bay to the right. Thoughtful owners gave a quick and efficient tour of the facilities, and made themselves available to provide breakfast in the morning. Modern facilities, especially bathroom very nice. The location is a 15-min drive away from Mossel bay, but the roads are good and it's convenient to get into the town for dinner. Would be happy to come back here."

"We arrived on a Saturday afternoon and were given a room that was on the first floor with a door out to the sun deck. We were quite tired and thought a nap would be good but no hope as we had the constant noise of the extractor fan from the kitchen going up the wall outside, even if we shut all the windows we heard it. I went back to reception and said we weren’t happy with the noise, we were offered another room but that opened onto the busy sitting area that people were having drinks at so...

"Muy bonito el entorno y el hotel en general. Tiene varios restaurantes y un pub. Destacable el restaurante Marilyn al que se accede desde el hotel.. La decoración de la habitaciones, muy comoda por cierto, te lleva a la época colonial. El desayuno muy rico y variado.Lo peor quizás, los horarios de la zona, por la noche cierra todo a las 20 y no te queda otra que irte a la habitación."

"habitación acogedora con vistas al mar y con todo tipo de detalles y bebidas para estar muy bien en ella disfrutando de su terraza. Desayunado incluido muy aceptable. Por decir algo negativo es la situación que está en lo alto de la montaña y la recepción está también por arriba y cuesta subir y bajar con las maletas . Para ir al pueblo mejor con coche."

"Clean room, comfortable bed, staff very responsive and Sino was especially friendly and efficient. Breakfast was excellent from a small menu. We accidentally left our passports in the safe and they WhatsApp us and we got them back…whew! Street parking mostly but this B&B is in a quiet and clean neighborhood so it seems very safe. Somewhat walkable (uphill back) to waterfront and we ate some really good and cheap food there vs in town. "

"por tratarse de un hotel Hyatt, status, tarifa, debiera contar con wi fi sin cargo en la habitacion, durante mi estadia tuve que ir al lounge del primer piso para poder tener wi fi la que tuve que preabonar por tiempo a consumir, creo que es un detalle a solucionar."

"First: The property is hard to find. Looking for 23 Lang Street per Expedia. But you have to enter 25 Lang Street. Why can’t they provide accurate directions? Very poor start. Second: The room is huge and clean and well-appointed. Oh wait, the architect forgot something. How about a bathroom door ! And bathroom walls that reach the ceiling! This place is for monkeys, not humans. Made for a unique experience that I’ll hope to not repeat. Somebody didn’t think this place through."
