Es el espacio perfecto para su familia o para un grupo grande como para estar todos juntos, pero también tienen su propia privacidad. Hay un amplio patio que está muy bien diseñado. Idealmente situado a poca distancia de todos los restaurantes, a media milla del puerto deportivo y 2 cuadras al agua. Construido en 2009 con granito, madera, baldosas, etc que no encontrará más agradable o más reciente en cualquier lugar en Bear Lake y sin duda no está cerca de este precio!

    Esta unidad (Park City) es una de 4 dormitorios, 3. 5 baños unidad. Vas a entrar en esta unidad e inmediatamente quedará impresionado. La planta principal tiene una cocina totalmente equipada, comedor, medio baño, sala de estar con un sofá cama y Direct TV en la pantalla plana. Hermosas vistas del lago se puede tener de la gran cubierta con muebles y una barbacoa. Arriba se encuentran los dormitorios en suite 2 master. El primer dormitorio tiene una cama de matrimonio y su propio baño. El segundo dormitorio tiene un enorme cuarto de baño con bañera de hidromasaje y ducha separada y un tocador doble y un gran paseo en el armario. Tiene una cama de matrimonio y 2 juegos de literas. Se trata de un doble / doble y el otro es un gemelo / lleno. En el sótano hay otro 2 dormitorios, baño y lavadero. Un dormitorio tiene 2 gemelos literas / dobles (para 4) y el otro tiene una reina y una cama litera doble / doble. El baño es un tocador doble y ducha.

Great Location

We’ve stayed at various homes and time-shares throughout Garden City for years and this was one of the best. I particularly loved that we could walk to food and ice cream in minutes.

Bear Lake Vacation

We come every year to fly model airplanes off the lake. We have so much fun and we love to stay in the townhouse. So clean. Nicely furnished. Feels like home away from home. Thanks for a great place to stay

Great location.Comfy beds

This VRBO had so many comfortable beds. It is very well planned out with space for a large group. There are 3.5 baths so certainly enough for that large group. It is conveniently located, just blocks away from the lake. The grocery store is within walking distance. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Would definitely stay here again

Overall, the property was well kept and what we were expecting. I will say the property did have a ton of spiderwebs around the outside and in the garage, with several large spiders found in the basement. We also found overall the condo was dusty and had cobwebs on the inside.

Great location and nice layout

As long as you are okay with stairs, this unit is well equipped to handle larger families. It is also a short walk from downtown Garden City. Parking is limited to two (one garaged) cars, but there are other spots to park not too far away.

Great gathering spot

We stayed with extended family for a family reunion at Bear Lake. We appreciate the spacious rooms with plenty of beds that allowed each family to have their own space. Great number of bathrooms as well. We could meet for breakfast or games and it made a great jumping off point for a day at the lake. A couple of things, like dish soap, weren't included (dishwashing detergent was there) that I was used to from other rentals, but it was pretty well stocked otherwise.

Bear Lake Townhouse

We did a quick family trip to Garden City and found this townhouse. It is very easy to find, has a ton of space, and beds. My kids wanted to sleep in a different bed each night. It was very clean, and felt very comfortable and welcoming. Location is wonderful very close, walking distance, to the local burger and shake joints. The grocery store in town is close for quick pick up items. I definitely recommend booking this townhouse for your trip to Bear Lake!

Great separation for Gorls and Boys

This was a senior trip for my daughter and her friends. Some of them were boys. This place was set up perfectly. There was enough space in the basement for all the boys to stay and enough space upstairs for all the girls. Kitchen and living room in the middle close to everything in Bear Lake. It worked out fantastic!

Girls Trip!

It was incredible! We stayed during the off season and ended up with perfect weather! The home was perfect for the 7 of us (plenty of beds to stay in!). We were walking distance to many restaurants, ice cream shops and gift shops. The home was very comfortable with plenty of kitchen space and lots of bathrooms as well! It was nice having the garage to park in. We will most certainly keep this home in mind for future stays and recommend to all of our friends! Thanks!

Seasons at Bear Lake June 21-24

Overall, very nice stay. Would recommend an overhaul of kitchen utensils like knives (dull to the point of being dangerous) and a better variety of mixing bowls; maybe a cookie sheet or two would be nice, as well as dish cloths and towels. Extra hand towels for bathrooms also lacking. Wasn’t sure if bed linens were cleaned or replaced prior to our visit. Space was really nice, proximity to Main Street was very convenient. Already discussing booking again for next June. Thank you!

Thanksgiving

Property attractive, but not clean and several light bulbs burned out. Vacuum agitator band was not on properly. Took vacuum apart and reattached. Vacuumed main level and filled vacuum canister, just on the main level. Several ight bulbs out and cob webs in light fixtures. Replaced as many as light bulbs were present. Exterior lights on garage all burned out. Garage light burned out. Basement bedroom lights and bathroom burned out. Ceiling corners had cob webs. Main level carpet soiled. Took light bulbs out of bathroom fixtures for main area. Showers have mold in grout. Living room clock needed battery. Either the owners are getting shorted from the cleaning service or are just paying for beds to be madeThus, we made it work, but with family, didn’t want the littles crawling on the floor.

We had a great stay

The property was clean. The layout allowed a comfortable stay for our family and our friend's family. It's waking distance to the restaurants in Garden City. Communication was great and check in and check out were easy. We would definitely stay here again.
