Our family of eight (me & spouse, two married w/ spouses, two teens) spent a week here in early June 2020. Overall the property is very nice and a great place to stay. We would rent here again.
Good:
The kitchen is fantastic. Huge pantry with almost every small appliance you could wish for. Good selection of pots and pans. Two very large griddles for pancakes, etc. Good selection of spices. Great big fridge/freezer that works well. Two sinks for prep and cleanup. Could use a few more dish towels. The table has extension leaves on both ends and sits 8-10 easily.
The great room and decks are really nice gathering places.
We really enjoyed the pool table, but it could use some new cues.
WiFi works well. Great to have washer/dryer on site.
Decent space between neighbors, so not too bothersome, but feels more like a residential neighborhood than being at a cabin.
Bad:
The ping-pong table is there, but has a lot of water damage, so don't get your hopes up for a championship family tournament.
The popcorn machine shown in the photos did not work.
Sleeps 20? Well, maybe, but not comfortably. More like 10-12.
Only 50 gallons of hot water, and not set very hot. Hard to get more than 2-3 showers at a time, especially if you're trying to wash dishes too.
Master shower is cool looking, and totally useless. Giant tub is cool, but with only 50 gallons of lukewarm water no chance at a nice bath either.
Parking is a challenge. We had a minivan, sedan, SUV with a small trailer for paddle boards and kayaks. Very steep drive. Maybe parking for 6 motorcycles, but not cars. Signage says no street parking.
