This is a very nice property with great amenities. We enjoyed the sleeping arrangements which worked well for our group. It has a nice, open main floor plan with living room and kitchen/dining area. Great view of 7th hole of golf course. I would recommend this to anyone with a large group.

Family Reunion

It was great to have a roomy home that would accommodate us all, with each adult couple having their own bedroom. The table fit almost all of us with several at the nearby island One night we had a spectacular lightening storm with several strikes that made the house rumble. We opened blinds when we went to bed and watched until falling asleep. It did make for a rather muddy Raspberry Days on Saturday, but we all had a good time. Family photos were taken and trips to the beach as well as walks up and down the hills of the road. The kids had fun watching the big owls in the evenings. Our only suggestion to make this home a better experience would be to have some sort of way to filter afternoon sun out of your face in the main living, eating area.

A great house!

We loved the house! We loved the big table, the big deck, and the kids play area! There enough dish soap, laundry soap, towels, tp, and paper towels. We didn’t run out and that rarely happens. My only advice is bring your own extra blankets. It does get cold in the basement and extra blankets were needed but not to be found. Upstairs got hot and the thermostat did auto to 75 at random times of the day and night. Overall a great stay!

Bear Lake Family Reunion- We have a winner!

Perfect property , just right amenities, with a great check-in and easy to access info process for our family reunion. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils, & pots and pans. The four star rating for cleanliness was due to a few stains on master bedroom bedspread, carpet, and ceiling. Parking was adequate for our 32 person crew with seven vehicles and a large boat. The hot tub was a hit, as well as the game room, and large grassy area for tossing a football; perfect to keep our 20 grandkids busy when not at the beach. This house has something for every age! The sunsets were amazing! Planning to hit the “replay” button on this home. Thank you!!

Exceeded expectations!

We had people ranging from 18 months to 72 years old and it was a perfect opportunity for every single person. Well stocked, great location, clean, light and bright. We look forward to staying here again! Highly recommend!

Fall Break Getaway

The home was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The kids loved the bunk room and the game room! We enjoyed the open kitchen/living area where we all could eat dinner, play games, enjoy the views, and have enough space to do all of it at the same time! The only thing we had trouble with was the TV in the Master Bedroom. Other than that, it is a simply beautiful home that was a perfect spot for our family to relax and enjoy some time together.

Beautiful setting-perfect accommodations

This property was ideal for our family of 29. Plenty of beds, bathrooms and dining facilities. The deck is magnificent with Beautiful golf course view and high arch deck even allowed for some star viewing. Access to Ideal beach was perfect where kids could swim in lake or swimming pools, play on playground or engage in water sports. It was a perfect family reunion for us. Thanks for making such great accommodations.

RENTER BEWARE!!! RODENTS, SPIDERS, and CRICKETS

Renter Beware!!!! We rented this place for a family reunion. When we arrived the house was hot so we turned down the A/c. The A/c wouldn’t come on so I called the property management company and Cody asked me to go out and look at the A/c. I went out to look at the A/c and there was a dead mouse that had shorted out the A/c and we were without air conditioning the entire stay. The property manager brought over a portable A/c to try and cool a huge home, but it didn’t do much. We were hot and uncomfortable during our entire stay. Also we had spiders and crickets all over the house. My daughter told me to come into her room and look out her basement window. There were two mice running around in her window well that had gotten stuck in there. She kept the blinds closed so she didn’t have to look at the mice and be disgusted. We videoed the mice and sent it to the property manager but they didn’t respond and weren’t worried about it. Obviously they have a Pest control issue and aren’t willing to take care of the problem. We were told by Cody the property manager that they would make it right but we haven’t heard back from them since we checked out. I have called and texted them several times and left messages, but I haven’t heard back from them. It’s sad that I spent a ton of money to rent this place and this is the service and response I get. Where has the customer service gone??? Do not rent from Bear Lake Luxury Rentals!!! They will not take care of you. I would recommend staying someplace else. Now I’m sure they will send a response saying oh I’m so sorry that you had that problem. Please call 1-800- we don’t care, and we won’t do anything, just so they can make it look like they care and are responding to a true negative review. I hope they do make this right but time will tell. Again do not rent from Bear Lake Luxury Rentals!!!!

Great place to stay for family reunion

Property was clean and offered all that we needed. Only one problem that we had was with the key to use the Ideal Beach and pool access. The one were were given didn't work... but we called and they came out within an hour to exchange it with another one that also didn't work, called and they finally came out and gave us one that did. Kind of a big deal because with 34 people and 6 cars we had to wait outside the gate to Ideal Beach fo another 4 minutes until a 3rd one was finally supplied that did work. After that frustration was resolved, we went on to have a wonderful time. Make sure your key to Ideal Beach works upon arrival to avoid this problem later when you actually want to go.

Great spot for family reunion

We enjoyed our stay so much but we're SO disappointed that the key card for ideal beach expired during our stay. We used it on the Monday and were denied access. When we spoke to management at ideal beach they said that it expired and since it was our last full day at the rental, we didn't reach out to have it fixed. Just disappointed that it was allowed to lapse considering that was a big part of booking this rental.

Fantastic accommodations

This property was perfect for our group. The house was spacious and very thoughtfully furnished and laid out for a family get-together. We had a great time. The location on the golf course was nice and access to Ideal Beach was a huge bonus. We hope to be back!

Foxridge Fun

This is a beautiful home in a beautiful location! It fit our family perfectly and comfortably. We enjoyed the beautiful golf course and, of course, Bear Lake and the amenities at Ideal Beach. The mornings and evenings were awesome sitting on the deck, enjoying the views and visiting with family. We would definitely come and stay again!

Beautiful and spacious in the perfect location.

We loved our stay in this gorgeous home! It was clean and comfortable with a functional kitchen and plenty of seating for our large group. Having the golf course in the back yard was a huge plus and two of the evenings we were there a moose strolled through the back yard! We also enjoyed watching the squirrels and bunnies play around the pine trees. It felt like a mountain setting yet was convenient to be located just minutes from Garden City and Ideal Beach. We would definitely recommend this to others who are looking for a place to stay near Bear Lake.

Fun, Sun and amazing views!

This home is amazing! We booked with them last minute and they were very accomodating. We had 14 in our party. There was plenty of room, the house is brand new and very clean! We had access to a private beach and pool with plenty of things to do with the kids! We would love to come back and stay again!
