The house was clean and comfortably fit the three of us. We cooked each day/night and found plenty of useful dishes, utensils and pans. The neighborhood is quiet and close by a cute Park with Pickleball courts and a pond. We enjoyed walking to the park and walking down the paved path. This is also listed as a pet friendly location, with a cute pet basket inside the home. (We did not have a pet). There was two bedrooms and one bunk room. The only concern we had was poor water pressure. Flush the toilet and only a trickle came out of any sink for a time. We adjusted and got a long just fine with three people.

The sleeping setup was pretty bad. The mattress was hard and the pillows were extraordinarily crap. Complete failed attempt at a good nights sleep. The water pressure was not there so showering was a struggle. I chose this place because the listing said there was trail access for UTVs. They did mention street legal UTVs, but the same could be said for anywhere else in town. You can find a trail, but you’ll have to drive on the highway to get there.

Very comfortable, clean and spacious. It was well stocked with pots, pans, cups, plates, bowls, utensils and baking and cooking utensils. Loved the location. Very close to downtown and the park.

Had a great stay

It was clean and nice had everything we needed. Great location for raspberry days. Watched fire works from the front door. Close enough to walk. Stores aren't too far away. Really quite enjoyed ourselves.

It works for a budget stay but could be improved

The good: This is close to town (not walking distance but close)It has a lot of beds It’s pet friendlyAir conditioning was greatBig back patioEasy to find Close to the park for 4th of July events Stocked with basic kitchen supplies Pac-Man in the kids bedroom was cuteMultiple parking spotsThe bad:Really weak water pressure, it was difficult to do dishes or shower due to water pressure.Located in a trailer park No grass just gravel No outdoor furniture, like a table, just a couple of chairs.Small starter pack of supplies like dish soap and washer/dryer and trash bags, but not enough of anything for our whole stay and the garbage bags provided broke constantly. Not enough extra blankets.While there was room to park the boat it was short so we had to unhook the trailer each time.Overall it worked just enough for a short term budget-friendly stay but I wouldn’t come back. Very bare minimum, but thar is what you expect for a budget stay.

Decent place

Overall, the home was clean. There are a few areas that could use some attention. I was completely grossed out by the toilet cleaning brushes. They are NASTY! The clothes washing machine could use a good clean, it smells awful. We had to keep the door to the laundry room closed because the smell was so bad. This I realize is the responsibility of the folks that rent the home, but many dishes had to be cleaned before we could use them. ALL the pots and pans were dirty with food stuck on them as well as many of the utensils. I do think that updated pictures are needed for the property. From the photos posted on the Vrbo site, it appears that the property has a view of the lake, which it most definitely does not.

Nice Bear Lake Cabin

Enjoyed our time in Bear Lake and this little cabin. It’s clean, matches the pictures, new appliances, walking distance (about 1.5 miles) to the restaurants in Garden City and the owner is responsive via text. Parking for 4 vehicles…but not really a deep parking spot to park a truck with a trailer or boat connected (have to disconnect to fit off the street). That was really the only negative…but easy to work around.

Perfect Bear Lake Rental

This place was perfect for the 4th of July weekend. Garden City's celebration was a short walk away and we watched the fireworks show from the front door. The house was clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed for a nice trip to Bear Lake. Highly recommend.

Cute Cottage

We loved our stay here. The cottage was very clean upon arrival. We loved the little basket full of towels and a sheet for our dog. The arcade in the 3rd bedroom was a hit with the kids. The beds were comfortable. The area is very quiet. There aren't as many winter activities in Garden City, but the cottage is easy access to downtown and the few restaurants that are open this time of year. It's a beautiful area and we would come back any time.

Great weekend getaway

Very clean, conveniently located house. Close to restaurants and a short drive to the beach. Toiletries (shampoo, conditioner and soaps) were all provided. Kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfast too (dishes, cooking pans, coffee maker, waffle maker…). Thanks for a great weekend!

Nice but hard beds

This is a nice little place. Great location for dogs. Dog park very close. The only bad part was the house down in the corner wouldn’t keep their dog from roaming anywhere and everywhere so we had to keep trying to avoid wherever the dog was at. Very large dog too. The beds were very very firm. My husband and I both need a chiropractor appointment. Luckily I brought a heating pad just in case and it was used. The Vacasa owners were fine but have no clue what amenities are actually on site. I sent a message about the coffee maker after seeing another review and was told only a one cup Keurig was available but when we arrived there was a 12 cup Mr Coffee. If the mattresses were softer we’d stay again but until then we will find another place.

Very Clean, but not what it seams

This is a very clean and new property, but I feel like it is oversold a bit. This is a modular home in a trailer park. The pictures make it seem larger than it is. Again, very nice property, but I thought I was getting more for the price.

Happy overall with our stay. Kitchen could do with more pots and pans, TV in Master bedroom would not connect to Netflix or Amazon Prime other two tv's did. Baseboards are not cleaned very well in the bathrooms, and the pillows in main bedroom were very flat and uncomfortable. We really enjoyed the place apart from these 4 items. Would definitely stay again.

Nice getaway

This property was perfect for our needs with 2 married couples, 1 young adult, 1 teen and 1 dog. The two biggest reasons I booked this location was that it was one story with no stairs and allowed our dog. Good showers, good beds, and easy to use for those with limited mobility issues.

The home fit our family nicely, 3 adults 5 kids under 13. The home was not as clean as we would like. Empty water bottle found at the bottom of the bedding of one of the bunk beds when we arrived. Broken toilet paper roll. Sand on the floor when we arrived the floor through out had not been mopped. Cleaners still here when we arrived at 4:00 said they were mopping their way out but we walked in as soon as they left and floor was not damp, bottom of our feet and socks (requested no shoes) were black with dirt. Bathrooms were clean. The home was nicely stocked with necessities.
