Hi Jenniffer,Thank you for taking the time to review our property, although we are really disappointed to see that you were not entirely satisfied with your stay.First thing - you emailed us in relation to the washing machine at 9 pm, so we only saw the email the next day after you have already checked out. The reply "Received with thanks" was sent to you in relation to providing us with your car details before the email about the washing machine was ever sent. We normally are very responsive to guest messages and calls. The washing machine has been fixed the same day, but we are sorry it went into an error during your stay.I am surprised to see that you found the beds uncomfortable as the mattress we use are less than 3 years old and are hotel graded, normally we receive very positive feedback on these.It is impossible that sheets were not changed as our housekeeping manager strips all the beds before the housekeeping team enters the apartment. We use one of the biggest linen companies in Ireland for our linen supply (the same is used by nearby 4* hotels) and not sure why you felt the linen was scratchy, however, I will check the stock and contact the linen company if necessary.We believe that our communication with the guests is on point as long as guests follow the advice to call us and leave a voicemail if require assistance after 5 pm, rather than sending an email late at night.Again we are grateful for your feedback and will take all your comments on board.Kind RegardsManagement Team

Dear Guest, We are sorry that your stay was not to your satisfaction. We are not sure why you had a problem accessing the Wi-Fi as every apartment has its own router, we also have not heard from you in relation to this uring your stay, I am sure we would have been able to help you ta access the Wi-Fi. There was no issue with the hot water in the apartment, however, perhaps you did not follow the instructions on how to use hot water immersion? Instructions were available on the dining table at the apartment. We are sorry you found our check-in Kiosk "difficult to operate" it is there to make check-in easy, and we generally get great feedback. Perhaps you missed our check-in instructions email, which we send out to all our guests 3 days prior to their arrival, to ensure a smooth and easy. Again we are sorry you did not entirely enjoy your stay, we hope you will give our property another chance to see that it is a beautiful place for a holiday or a work trip. Dear Kevin, Thank you for your feedback. We have checked the shaver socket and found no fault with it, however, it was turned off and the main switch just outside the bathroom, perhaps that is why it did not work for you. Our apartments are very spacious and we try to maintain our cleaning standard very high, hence the check-in and out times are set to 10 am and 4 pm. With all the extra COVID-19 percussions, we need this time to ensure our guests arrive at a spotless apartment. Thank you for your feedback! Kind Regards Management team

We are surprised that you felt the apartment was showing age as all our 1 bedroom apartments have been recently renovated. We are sorry if you felt that the entrance to your corner apartment was not up to standard, however, we can assure you it is within regulations. We are sorry your key got cancelled ahead of time, this was due to a time change to summertime. We have checked the logs and can see that our caretaker got in touch with you within 10 min.
