Exceptional communication with host

The property was as discribed, very nice! There were a couple minor issues that I immediately let the host know of and she had someone come fix immediately. We also experienced our car being flooded on the island and the host graciously allowed us to stay in the unit a few extra hours until we coordinated transportation back home. This was a huge help for our situation. Five stars!!

Quick getaway

This property isn’t perfect -it’s an older unit I think, so if you’re a nit picker, this isn’t it for you. It was clean though and fine for 3 of us. More than 4 would have been a stretch on space. Overall, the view is fantastic, noisy on the balcony from seawall car traffic but we didn’t hear it much from inside. It’s located on a busy intersection but plenty of people were easily walking across to the pier and beach. Lots of police circulation down the seawall. Early mornings or late evenings are where it’s at on the balcony for oceanside peace. Property elevators are slow, use the stairs if you can. Really close to Walmart and Randall’s for groceries (use curbside pickup, not delivery fyi!) Moody gardens aquarium was worth the money for family fun. we would stay again, thanks for being great hosts!

Our 2nd time to visit. We had a great ocean view. It’s a safe and family friendly area with easy access to the beach. The property and condos are clean. Makes a great family reunion place to go if looking.

Property is in a great location. Short walk to the beach, Krogers and Walmart close by and easy check-in process. Have stayed at this location several times and always had a great experience.

Nice clean condo

We stayed here two nights in mid March. The location is awesome, close to things. The condo is small, but we made it work just fine for our family. It was clean and everything worked well. There is a kuerig and a regular coffee machine but they do not supply any coffee. I just wanted to let people know so they can bring their own k cups! The whole complex is a bit dated but for the price and location we would recommend it and stay again.

Family trip

Overall a great stay kids loved the bunk beds room was very clean. There were a few spots that could use work… bathroom ceiling tiles are old and missing pieces, we stayed for a week and wish there was a towel service for fresh towels and there was an odd smell coming from the water heater room but these are all things that can be addressed definitely would stay again. Super easy access to the beach great view of the pier and the older kid could walk across the street and go to the pier and we could watch from the balcony. Great parking under the building out of the sun.

Beach vacay

My family of 5 (2 teens and 1 ten year old) stayed here. We enjoyed our time! It was super close to the beach and a short walk to several restaurants. The balcony was nice but the traffic was rather loud when you sat outside.

Too Busy

If you like a quiet stay in a VRBO, don’t choose this property. It is on a very busy corner! However it is very easy to get in & out of & parking is good. The property was very clean too. In my opinion though, it is too expensive for the size. We were disappointed that there were no closets, no ice trays, not enough small towels, and no extra blanket/sheets for the pull-out couch.
