The interior: Cozy and functional, the house has:

3 bedrooms: two large double bedrooms and a bedroom with two single beds (ideal for children or friends).
Internal bathroom: functional and complete with sink, toilet and shower
Air conditioner: located in the corridor

The Outdoor 'Heart': Real magic happens outside. Under a large and sturdy wooden canopy, you will find a fully equipped outdoor kitchen and dining area. You can cook and eat outside, protected from the shade and caressed by the breeze, fully enjoying the experience of a Mediterranean vacation.
The garden, immersed in a dense private pine forest, is a real park for relaxation:

Lounge area: Sofas and armchairs for your aperitifs at sunset.
Leisure corner: A hammock for your naps and a romantic rocking sofa.
Grill Area: Barbecue available for unforgettable barbecues.
Extra services: Second external bathroom and a very comfortable outdoor shower, perfect for rinsing off the salt as soon as you return from the beach.
Laundry: Washing machine available in the outdoor service area.

Forget the car! A path starts close to the property that will take you directly to the Padula Bianca beach in a few minutes.

Parking: Private parking space on the property.
Privacy: The villa is completely fenced, ensuring security and tranquility.

Note on the Kitchen: Due to architectural choice and to enjoy the Salento climate, the kitchen and dining area are located exclusively outside, protected by a wooden roof. It's the perfect space to share special moments without sacrificing the comforts of home.

Standard preparation: a double bed will be prepared for every 1/2 guests.
Extra bed for a fee: if a group of two (2) guests wishes to use a second bed (e.g. to sleep separately), it is possible to request it with an additional cost of 25 euros for the entire stay.
