The entryway opens into the living room, which features an open kitchen, a double sofa bed, and a TV. From here, you step out onto the balcony with a panoramic view of the sea, furnished with a small table and chairs, armchairs, and comfortable poufs.
The sleeping area consists of 2 double bedrooms, complemented by 1 bathroom with a shower.

Casa Sibiana is a brand-new apartment in a prime location on the Gallipoli waterfront, just a short walk from the historic center and all amenities.
Everything is within walking distance: the historic center and all its architectural treasures, the small Purità beach, the harbor, the shopping streets, the San Giovanni beach, and more.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 7.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
