"Lovely hotel and very helpful staff. Excellent food. Disappointed with the spa facilities, certainly not luxury. Massage rooms were in a hut next to the swimming pool. You had to walk behind the reception desk and through the swimming pool to get there. There was no relaxation room. Enjoyed the massage but for the price I had hoped for some luxury and somewhere to lie down and chill afterwards. Also you have to go through the tiny gym to get to the hot tub and if someone is using the treadmill...

"The owners were super helpful and friendly, even gave us an Anniversary breakfast 😁 Really lovely place with bags of character, our suite was huge with great facilities and a lovely homely feel. Great location too, would definitely recommend!"

"The food here is amazing and you can't beat the location for touring North Wales. Janna was the star of the place. That said, the room needs serious maintenance. The mattress was completely shot—sagging with metal springs that poked into my body every time I moved. For me, the most important part of a trip is to have a good night to sleep and it baffles me that this hotel has this Kind of mattresses. The pillars were OK though. "Lovely property with an added lovely view from the decking across the fields , made to feel very welcome from the hosts who done me a cracking bit of breakfast. Will look to stop again sometime but hope to take the better half next visit 👌👍"
