Enjoy a fully equipped private kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, TV with video on demand, washing machine, dryer, fan, and barbecue. For families, a baby cot, children’s games, and books are available.



Outside, relax in the private garden surrounded by olive and fruit trees, a covered private terrace, and an outdoor kitchen—perfect for dinners and relaxing moments. The shared pool measures 6x3 meters with a depth of 140 cm and is equipped with umbrellas, deck chairs, and loungers for pleasant poolside moments. There is also an outdoor solar shower.



The property offers parking for 6 cars. Events are not allowed. Please note the outdoor area is under video surveillance for security. You are asked to keep the bathroom, barbecue, and kitchen clean and to return garden furniture and objects to their original place.



The villa is set in greenery a few kilometers from the center of Galatone and near the main road, allowing you to reach Lecce in about 20 minutes and the sea in about 10 minutes by car.
