"Room was ok. Staff were generally friendly but don’t answer email. Accommodations had some damage in places. No walk in shower and the tub is high and is difficult for seniors to get into and out of. Overall it fits the description of a 3 star hotel. Clean but not perfect. "

"Just need a place to stay so we booked this place. The towels are old and dirty white color, like it was used to clean the floor and torn as well. I have to ask for another towels but still dirty white color and old look. They need new set of towels and linens for the property. We bought new towels as we can’t use the one they provided. Also the room has no window and felt like a prison. How do you get out in case of fire? The staff are courteous and helpful. "

"I keep going back to Eastwood city Richmonde Hotel to stay everytime I am in the Philippines. All the Staffs are great. Hotel is clean with easy access to the mall and multiple good restaurants. Very safe to walk around even late at night. Did I mention the staff are pretty awesome? Yup, they are…See you on January 2027 again Eastwood City Richmonde Hotel!"

Room was booked for 2, and only one set of everything was provided and then on checkout, they had audacity to say there’s a missing robe. Like seriously?
