"Room was ok. Staff were generally friendly but don’t answer email. Accommodations had some damage in places. No walk in shower and the tub is high and is difficult for seniors to get into and out of. Overall it fits the description of a 3 star hotel. Clean but not perfect. "

"The room is too small to be called as an “executive room”. There are other executive rooms but they are not the same. The room a/c is not cold enough to be on the said temperature. The pillows are not comfortable nor the bed. I will not recommend for a long staycation. Yes, for short time stay only. However, the cleaning crew provided excellent service which made me think to book at the same location again."

"Excellent condo and the host was extremely helpful no matter what my issue was. Everything in the spacious condo worked and the a/c was cold just the way i like it. The building has roaches be aware, this was my only issue. I absolutely loved my stay"

"Todo super bien la atención super, seguro que volvere "

"Staffs are good."

"Great employees and amazing view"

"excellent hotel. The only issue was that they could not exchange currency because they did not have licence. Other matter to be improved is that the minibar was empty. But excellent room, nice restaurant, modern look and good location. I will defenetely go back."

"Clean facility with cheerful and approachable staff! Breakfast was great."

"The promo rate we had was great. Staff were friendly. We just hope that the hotel can find a way to improve the smell of the place, not bad but also not that welcoming for a hotel especially within the elevator area which smelled lime a bathroom deodorant. It will surely elevate the hotel experience of guests."

"Good place to stay in Manila with all the amenities one would need. Would definitely stay again."

"Practical set up. Helpful staff."
