Very nice hotel, saddly I arrive late and it was hard to get to the address, so take that into account that the hotel has a bus service

La vista del monte Fuji es increíble por algo se llama Fuji View las instalaciones son viejas y los aires acondicionados son muy antiguos pero es espacio en la habitación es espacioso

Muy buen hotel en un entorno espectacular. Habitación de 36m2 con vistas hacia el lago, muy cómoda y tranquila WIFI muy rápido, amplio aparcamiento. Un 10 de 10.

Excelente hotel y excelente atención. Muy buen desayuno, muy completo y sabroso. La vista hacia el monte Fuji es espectacular! El hotel ofrece transfer gratuito hasta la estación de tren.

A room was very clean and staff were friendly. The hotel is located a few min away from a lake, so we got to walk around a path by the lake.

I got a room with Mt. Fuji View and it’s worth every penny. I paid extra for dinner and that was the highlight of my trip. The food was so delicious and the service was excellent! The inside and outside public bath was nice too!

This hotel does not seem to have been renovated in a long time. It's dated and does not feel very clean. The traditional style room was beautiful and spacious, but our sleep was uncomfortable. We were so fortunate that the weather was cooperative during our stay. We opted for a fuji-view room and we had an outstanding view. Paying for this upgrade is a gamble, but was well worth it for us. We had a car, so the location was great!

This is a lovely hotel near the lake. Great views of Mount Fuji as the name suggests with a "panorama lounge" for viewing. Unfortunately at sunrise the windows were covered with moisture which impeded the view. The Onsen was great and not busy, at least in the evening. I took the buffet breakfast and enjoyed it. A very nice mixture of food andba great view in the dining room. I arrived in the late afternoon and was disappointed that the only meal available was the traditional Japanese buffet for about $100. The nearby restaurant was closed and the only other option was to take the shttlebus back to town and the take a taxi or walk back. I use a cpap machine and was very surprised and a bit annoyed that there was no electrical outlet near the bed. The good far outweighed the bad but there were a couple of places that could use some improvement.

Beautiful property. I loved relaxing in the onsen. The breakfast buffet was yummy. And the hotel staff also helped me recover my coat that I accidentally left in the room! Will definitely book again in the future.

Lovely hotel with very nice gardens, and stunning views of Mount Fuji from the 6th floor panoramic lounge. A little out of Kawaguchiko but a regular hotel shuttle is provided. Would highly recommend a stay here if visiting this area.

A bit outdated but still very nice
Overall a great hotel with nice, big rooms and beautiful surroundings and view. At first glance the building and the decor is a bit outdated, but the comfort is high and everything runs smoothly at the hotel. The onsen is nice and the breakfast is really good. We found that the price of the hotel's restaurant to be a bit pricy and therefore didn't try it - lots of other places to eat in the area. You do however need a car to get around (or rent a bike from the hotel) as not much is in walking distance.

We stayed at this hotel on our way from Tokyo to Kyoto, stopping at Lake Kawaguchiko to see Mt. Fuji. The hotel was great — free shuttle to and from the bus station (which allows you access around the lake), clean, very friendly staff, and, most importantly, absolutely stunning views of the mountain (if you book a room with a mountain view). Perfect for the price point. Would recommend!

We were able to stay in a Fuji view room. And WOW really worth it. We had clear blue skies with direct views of Mt Fuji. It was lovely waking up to views of Mt Fuji. The hotel is older and has an older feel to it- bathrooms etc. Our room was spacious, with a sofa. The location was great - very near the lake and a short drive into town. We enjoyed our stay

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Fuji View Hotel and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations in every way. The room was immaculate, and the attention to detail in housekeeping was evident. I felt comfortable and at ease throughout my stay, knowing that the room was well-maintained.. One of the highlights of my stay was the exceptional breakfast offered by the hotel. The selection was varied and delicious, catering to a wide range of tastes and dietary preferences. The dining area was well-maintained, and the service was attentive, ensuring that every guest had a great start to their day. Whether you prefer a hearty breakfast or a lighter option, you'd find something to enjoy. Lastly, the overall experience was one of sheer enjoyment. The staff was courteous and accommodating, always ready to assist with any questions or requests. From check-in to check-out, I felt like a valued guest, and that truly added to my overall satisfaction with my stay. In summary, my stay at Fuji View Hotel was exceptional. The cleanliness and the delectable breakfast made my visit memorable. I genuinely enjoyed my time there and would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-situated hotel in Kawaguchiko I can't wait for the opportunity to return and experience the hospitality of Fuji View Hotel once more.
