"We had excellent communications with Shawn before, during, and after our stay at his Point Pleasant Resort condo on St Thomas. The view was incredible both inside the unit because of the large sliding glass doors and on the large balcony that also had a dining table and chairs. The AC, appliances and TV worked fine. "Perfect views.Great communication with owner and I must say Billy is a great person really took his time to help us find another place to stay for extra 5 days as our flight got cancelled due to airspace closure. It’s is almost impossible to do so last minute!!!!"

"We loved our stay the Paradise Resort. They have the cutest beach on the property, called Sugar Beach. There is the best bar/restaurant down next to the water. Food , drinks and company were very enjoyable. The condo was clean. The owner was very responsive and helpful. There was a whole list of recommendations for restaurants, beaches to visit and things to do, that come with our instructions.
