"We stayed on this property March 31, through April 4th 2026. While the view is stunning from this property, it still needs a little TLC. Many things need upgraded. The beach chairs need to be replaced, outdoor furniture could be upgraded, and some of the holes in the concrete walls should be repaired. " Our 7 night stay at Villa Salt Life was so memorable. The Villa is decorated with a tropical vibe and views of the Caribbean were amazing. We enjoyed watching the sunrise on the huge balcony. There are 2 loungers, table/chairs and a cushy 2 person chair. The Villa was stocked with everything you need in the kitchen, coffee maker, pots, pans, utensils, spices, etc. The host provides everything you need to know prior your stay, including recommendations on things to do, grocery stores, taxis,...

"Property was clean and lovely! Property manager was very responsive and great to work with. This is our third time at Point Pleasant but first time staying in a lower unit. View from this room is absolutely amazing! AC kept the whole room cool. Only tip I could have for the owner would be that the drapes don’t fully cover the door near the bed, so just for privacy that would be good ;-). I would absolutely stay here again and very much enjoyed our stay."
