"Loved the location, by walks and the sea. The living space and bathroom areas are fabulous and large. Everything you could need in the kitchen, the drier was a bonus after using the hot tub (lush), we could dry our towels. Would stay again definitely. Hanging in bedroom was a bit wobbly, could do with fixing. A couple more hooks on the back of the bedroom doors would be useful. These are very minor though and did not affect our holiday at all."

"No Air conditioning! Bar under with loud party all night long. Windows open for air. You book this room only if you want to party. "It was perfect for what we were after. A night in Southampton before getting an early ferry. Location for that. The staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. Really helped make the stay. Only thing we would change would be a fan in the room, as widows didn't open much to get air flow. That said it was one of the hottest nights of the year. "

"Property was very clean and had everything that we needed. It did have two bedrooms which would be OK if you had two adults and two small kids. Not enough room for 4 adults, but it was perfect for my husband and myself. Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the lady working in reception who was wonderful and very understanding when we accidentally booked the wrong date for checking out. The location was great in Seaview, walking distance to the sea with some lovely eating places...
