The house is in a good location and has plenty of bedrooms, which made it a good option for our group in terms of space. However, there were several issues that made the stay less enjoyable than we had hoped.The biggest disappointment was the hot tub—it was unusable due to dirty, green water filled with dirt and sand. We had been looking forward to using it and were really let down. The beds were also very uncomfortable, with cheap, unstable frames, hard mattresses, and thin bedding that didn’t make for restful nights.The home lacked basic amenities you’d typically expect. There was only one watered-down hand soap for the entire house, one travel-size dish soap, and the tiniest bar soaps and shampoo/conditioner in the bathrooms. Trash bags were flimsy, and there was only a broken broom available for cleaning up.We also encountered cockroaches in the kitchen, which was concerning. Lastly, the house is spread over three floors with no lift, which made carrying luggage and groceries up and down quite a challenge. Adding an elevator or a lift system would be extremely helpful.With a little more attention to cleanliness, comfort, and stocking essential items, this could be a much better rental.

We decided to rent a house last minute over spring break. The house is beautiful and very modern. Great location and views! Our visit started a little rocky, we had an issue getting the hot tub to warm up. So we weren’t able to use it the first night. Besides that everything was great!

Beautiful home. Minutes from San Luis Beach. Make sure you don't forget anything. Closest store is 15-20 minutes away and may not have what you need. We loved the seclusion and quiet neighborhood. The hot tub was a nice amenity

Our stay didn’t quite start out on the right foot unfortunately. We were greeted with brown sludge all around the inside of the hot tub along with tons of sand at the bottom, every toilet had a dirty ring inside of it, and there were water bugs inside the home. I did contact the number we were supposed to and they sent someone to clean the hot tub- he didn’t do anything unfortunately except for add chemicals. We had to wipe the sludge away ourselves which made us not even want to get in the hot tub. We cleaned the toilets ourselves also. And dealt with the bugs as best as we could when we saw them. We did have to contact someone again because the shower upstairs was overflowing after 5 minutes- no one ever responded like we were told they would so we had to again deal with this ourselves. Other than all of these problems the property was wonderful and the location was wonderful! Beautiful view from the balconies that was peaceful and nothing in front to block the ocean. The neighborhood is quiet despite houses being built and worked on. And the walk to the beach is so close but if you have a ton of stuff and small kids there are parking spots at the beach entrance on the next road over.

Overall, the property and views were perfect for us! This was our first time staying in Freeport after having stayed at Pointe West in Galveston. We really enjoyed the large outdoor decks with views of the Gulf and spent a ton of time out there. We loved being able to find a spot on the beach away from other families, not too far away from the house. The only issue that popped up was having to drive our trash to the dumpster a couple of streets over fairly often because there isn’t an outdoor trashcan. My brother was also the only person to use the hot tub, for about 30 minutes, and he ended up getting a rash that appeared a few days after we departed from our stay.

I will admit, our visit started off a little rocky. I am a small business owner myself, and completely understand that sometimes, despite our best efforts, things just simply happen. I think you measure a company, not by if something happens, but how well they respond when it does. After arriving, my wife and I notice a few issues in regards to cleanliness. I called the mgmt company and was quite surprised by the immediate response. Sean was on top of it. Had everything corrected ASAP!!! That is true customer service. Casa Blanca is an absolutely gorgeous property. And the views are simply breath taken. This one is a definite "Gotta See" for anyones upcoming vacation.

House was great. Nice view of water. Gorgeous functional kitchen with RO water. 2 king, 1 queen, and double-size bunk beds, 3-1/2 baths., and outside tables on 2 decks made house spacious. Hot tub was only issue: contained sand and felt unclean, so we didn't use it.
