The Space:

Welcome to Wylde Skyes, a thoughtfully designed Hill Country retreat nestled in Fredericksburg wine country and just minutes from Main Street. The location offers the best of both worlds—easy access to award-winning wineries and peaceful countryside surroundings, all while remaining close to downtown shopping, dining, and local attractions.



Inside, you'll find two beautifully appointed bedrooms, two full bathrooms, vaulted ceilings, and an open-concept living area filled with natural light. Designer furnishings, a record player, retro gaming console, and thoughtful details create a space that feels both elevated and inviting.



Sleeping arrangements include a king bedroom with French door access to the back porch, a queen bedroom with a unique loft retreat that serves as both an additional sleeping area and cozy reading nook, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Together, the home comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. A fully equipped kitchen and in-home washer and dryer provide all the comforts of home.



Step outside and enjoy the private hot tub, covered porch, propane fire pit, gas grill, outdoor shower, lawn games, swings, children's playhouse, and outdoor fitness area complete with adjustable weights, kettlebells, yoga mats, and a pull-up station. End your evenings taking in beautiful Hill Country sunsets from the backyard or porch.



For guests seeking a low-tox, scent- and fragrance-free stay, Wylde Skyes has been thoughtfully outfitted with allergy-friendly and natural choices throughout. The home features no carpet, natural fiber bedding and towels, organic pillow and mattress protectors, natural latex mattress toppers, unscented laundry products and trash bags, non-toxic cleaning products, and stainless steel and glass cookware. These intentional touches create a more natural, eco-friendly environment without sacrificing comfort or design.

Guest Access:

Guests will have private access to the entire home and all outdoor amenities during their stay, including the hot tub, covered porch, outdoor shower, fire pit, fitness area, lawn games, swings, and play spaces.



The property offers private parking directly outside the home, making it easy to come and go as you explore Fredericksburg, the surrounding wine country, and local attractions.

Getting Around:

A vehicle is highly recommended during your stay. Wylde Skyes is located in the heart of Fredericksburg wine country, where most wineries, attractions, and destinations are spread throughout the countryside.



The property is conveniently located just 10 minutes from Historic Main Street and only minutes from many of the area's most popular wineries, tasting rooms, breweries, and wedding venues.



Rideshare services can be limited and availability may vary, especially during evenings, weekends, and special events. Guests planning wine tours or group outings may wish to arrange transportation in advance.



Other Things to Note:

• Wylde Skyes is located within Arch Ray Resort, a growing community in Fredericksburg wine country. As the community continues to develop, guests may see ongoing home construction in portions of the area during daytime hours.



• This is a strictly no-pets property due to severe owner allergies. Unauthorized pets are not permitted and may result in immediate removal from the property without refund.



• The loft sleeping area is accessed by ladder and may not be suitable for very young children or guests with mobility limitations.



• The yard is not fully fenced. Children should be supervised while enjoying the outdoor amenities.



• Wildlife and insects are common throughout the Texas Hill Country and may occasionally be seen around the property.
